The app SUCKS! It takes forever to load, and the updates are not at all accurate. If I could give the app one star I would. But I will give LG&E corporation a big fat ZERO, for being the worst in correcting power outages in a timely manner

The app sometimes has trouble login being auto filled in by iOS 17.5. Will claim the info is wrong until I tab into a username or password field and they same info works. Otherwise the app is convenient and helpful.
Billing
You send various emails and texts, but the issue is it will have two different amounts for the same month!!
Why?
This thing will log me out. Then tell me my password is wrong and I have to open and close the app serval times before it takes the same password I’ve been putting in. I logged in once two years ago and this just now logs me out almost every time I open it.

How do I add my new account number.
App won’t open since they updated
Not sure if it’s the storms but app won’t open on my phone mid morning today. Was okay earlier so i am not sure what’s happening. On Aug. 8, 2026 it noted a head of time that maintenance on app for the 8th but I’m unsure how to force it to open.
Payment date
I did not have the option of submitting a payment on a certain date. It would be nice to make a payment on the date I choose, today a payment was made thinking I would be able to choose the date closer to the due date.

I wanted to pay my over due payment not the entire bill. That took half my monthly check I truly needed it and your app didn’t give me the opportunity to make a choice that would have helped me do both.

Looks great, but missing some vital tools
The app is clean, organized, intuitive, and flows very well. My only caveat is that the user can’t do anything with their bill—can’t forward, send, save, or print. For that reason, I must rely on the website rather than this app to get a pdf copy of my bill.
Sad
Very sad that you have closed our local office. Everyone does not enjoy apps and online . Just another case of the downfall of society. For what you charge they should bring me flowers and pick it up at my front door.

Great App When It Work
This is a great app when it works properly. Sometimes you log in and with a few simple clicks are able to pay your bill. Other times it gives you an error message and won’t allow you to log in. This error message came up for months and I had to pay my bill at the ODP office. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it started working again. It worked fine for a couple of months but now I’m back to the error message again. Unfortunately ODP has closed their local offices so I’m guessing my only option is snail mail if I don’t want to pay a service fee.
Billing is Terrible
I do not get how my bill went from $152.00 one month to $290.00 the next month. But with the lower month being an actual reading, I get that…then came the “estimated” reading the next month…what’s really strange is that I stepped outside and read my meter 11 days after they read it on the 7th, and I still hadn’t at that time used the amount that they billed me for… I don’t see how this is right….and with that much of a jump in your bill price, it’s hard to come up with enough to pay that higher bill…

I set up my payment week’s ago & I seen it on my account but no one seen it on their computer do I basically had to pay double not to get disconnected

Customer service is awful
I called at the first of the month because I think my bill is wrong. Explained that we had not been in that house during December and there were not Christmas lights and heats was set to 60 so there was not chance the bill should have doubled. There was supposed to be a supervisor call me and they never did. What you do to customers in winter and December especially is criminal and I hope someday someone goes to jail for it.

THE BEST way to pay or access your LG&E bill or account. I wish the other utility companies would take note of this fast, and efficient way to access their accounts and pay the bill. Love this app!
