Paying
It took me 4 times to submit payment. I click on card number I try to go to the next required space and it will never go.
Can’t Turn off payment arrangement
Now my payment due is always a third of the actual amount due.
Decent app
Text boxes don’t work right for card information

It would not auto caption. My credit card was my only complaint.
Paying bill
This app by no means is user friendly. It never takes your card you have to put it in 3 times. U click on info and it refuses to select that field. I have to fight with it every time.
No fees
Over the phone you have to pay a stupid fee. W the app, I don’t have to 🙃
Down hill
There’s no people to deal with anymore. Technology has destroyed everything.
Better than going to the Delta Gas building
This is much easier than paying in person, no waiting and bill reminders

Place to pay in person? You charge extra for a card payment? It’s just cut throat and not what le need these days. It was bad enough in person you’d take a check, not knowing if it’s good, but not a debit card?? DEBIT! Direct money from me to you! It’s just to much to believe yet we’re hamstrung.
