Login Simply Does Not Work
I had exactly the same experience as other reviewers. I repeatedly entered the correct email address and password, but the app would not let me log in. I reset my password and tried again multiple times with the same result. An app whose primary function is to allow you to pay for parking is useless if you can’t reliably access your account. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time.
Adds fees
They want you to use these apps and then they add a service fee when you use them.
Works mostly
Crashes a lot when you try to enter parking space. Still beats walking to a meter only to find it broken.
You don’t deserve any stars
I have been trying to get this app to work properly for about 40 minutes while on my train and the app and the website clearly don’t speak To each other because when I type on my password on the app it says it’s wrong so I have to change it and then I change it and I’m signed in on the website but then try to sign in on the app and it says it’s wrong again. The website is also a joke because I typed in my Lot and the lot number but there was no place for adding how long I’d be there but it wouldn’t let Me pay until I added how long I’d be there. All of this is the biggest joke. I have so many other payment apps on my phone and they all work fine. This whole system is not even useable

It is genuinely one of the worst apps I have ever used. A parking app should make parking quick and simple, but this one somehow turns the most basic task into a frustrating, confusing ordeal. The user experience is an absolute disaster. Nothing feels intuitive, every step is unnecessarily complicated, and the app feels completely unreliable when you need it most. Instead of helping you park, it makes you waste time fighting with the app and wondering whether your payment or parking session actually worked. It is almost impressive how badly designed and unpleasant the entire experience is. For an app handling something as time-sensitive as parking and payments, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. If you have any alternative at all, avoid this app.
Poor UI/UX
This app has a frustrating and poorly designed parking workflow. When you tap “Park,” it tries to detect your location automatically. If it gets the location wrong, the app still forces you to enter a parking space before letting you correct the location. Of course, the space number is going to be invalid because the app is using the wrong parking area. Then it displays a modal telling you the space is wrong, even though the real issue is that the app selected the wrong location. After repeating this loop two or three times, it finally lets you change to the correct location. Users should be able to confirm or change the location first, then enter the space number. This feels like a basic UI/UX flow that should have been caught before release.
Actual ragebait
I hate this app so much I genuinely spent 30 minutes on my train trying to get this app to sync to my location/account/card. Why do I need to download an app to pay for parking? Just do it on a website like every other lot. So frustrating and such an awful and buggy app design

The app just doesn’t work, I made a user name and password and it keeps telling me there are no credentials
Stopped working
This app just suddenly stopped working at the Aberdeen-Matawan train station. Can no longer detect my zone with gps. I entered the zone numbers posted on the nonfunctional machines provided. (45910)They’re not found. So I used the scanner feature in the app for the QR code provided… It’s not functioning. I used the native scanner feature on my phone. It brought me to a website and said the zone was completely different (12901). I advise everyone to just get someone to drop you off at the train station rather than let them have you money. This company needs to go out of business.

IF you’re able to create an account successfully (and that’s a big if) good luck actually paying for your parking. possibly one of the most poorly maintained and designed apps ive ever used
