Cannot Get Into Account
All of sudden the app won’t allow me to get into my account. States that it doesn’t support VPN. I turned off my VPN and it still won’t allow me to log in.

Face ID never works
I’ve set up Face ID multiple times, and it always shows the icon that it is scanning my face when I open the app, but it does not log me in. So annoying that it scans my face but still makes me go find and type a password.
Broken links
The usage breakdown would be a nice feature if the link to the survey worked and I could get more specific information about my energy usage. The link to the survey is also broken on the eversource website. Not helpful. I hope they get this fixed soon!

Convenient and Easy!
Don’t judge me, but I’m one of those people who forgets to make payments even though I have the money. I can’t do auto pay because my paydays are irregular. Can pay on time I just forget. So having this app makes it so easy! Now I’m always up-to-date.
Not ALLOWED to give negative feedback?!?
This app asks me whether I love it (love?really?) at least three times per use. And the only answer choice is “yes!” I mean, why even bother asking me? That’s just sad. That is NOT customer service.
Great for payments, but could be better
I just moved to New England last year from Las Vegas area, and out there I had NV Energy and they would send me text messages every day telling me how much my projected bill was. Or I could log onto the app and see my projected bill every day. That saved me tons of money because if I saw the price going too high, I would check to see if there was something going on and then I would correct that and the bill would go back down again. I wish Eversource had something like that rather than just getting the bill information after the billing period is completed.

Cannot Pay with Credit Card
On the web, I can pay with my credit cars using SpeedPay. However I can only pay with Bank Accounts with the app. Given 95%+ of the time I use this app to pay bills, this makes the app quite useless for me.
This App Is Awesome
I love this app! It’s user-friendly and makes it easy to find the billing information and documents I need. Making a payment is quick and convenient, and I’ve never experienced the app crashing. Overall, it’s been a smooth and reliable experience.

Never has the correct amount owed. Brought to the attention of Eversource, not interested in fixing the problem.

you can literally do absolutely nothing but pay a bill through this app sometimes…… you would think in 2026 they could have the most specific up-to-date intuitive interactive and easy to navigate application but no, you can barely just pay your bill
