Easy to use
Used this at the last couple of apartments and it works great. Easy to add money and pay at whatever machine you’re at. The machines work well too
Never connects to machine
Been using this app for 2+ years and 1 out of every 3 times it says “can’t connect to machine”. I’ve tried all trouble shooting customer service gives and never works
Help request doesn’t work
Works perfectly fine otherwise but the help request doesn’t work. I’ll put in the QR code or number of the machine and all it will do is have the loading circle on there indefinitely. Kind of sucks when the machines keep on breaking and there are 2-3 working for roughly 250 students.
Bad app
I have never seen an app as bad and scammy as this one; it constantly steals my money. I think this app should be investigated.

Like theConvenience I’d paying with app on phone and easy refill. Just wish they weren’t on the ground, have a few disabled and elderly neighbors who can’t bend to use them. If you out on platform , that’ll make everyone happy.
Insanity
Without blue tooth or WiFi in the laundry room, you cannot even install the app. Really ridiculous.
Works well for what it is but cards where better
Apps easy to use, appreciate that the app doesn’t collect data, but don’t see much a value in the app. Card system was better.

Half the time won’t start the machine
The app will take my money from me gladly but when I try to start the machine it says try again later and it can take up to a couple hours to get the machines to start again from my app. This app is so broken it’s incredibly frustrating to not be able to do laundry when I want but only when the app will let me.
One of the better laundry apps
The time left on cycle is not quite accurate, but generally it’s a pretty good app
When it works it’s fine, but when it doesn’t… hoo boy.
This app logs me out yearly. This wasn’t a problem when login with Apple was an option, but they removed it for some dumb reason. Now I have to contact them every time I need to login because my previous password stops working. I can only do my laundry in the middle of the night, when there’s no support. Even when it works, I would say it’s just say it’s passable as an app.
Really convenient, but needs some fine tuning
I like the different payment options and the Bluetooth functionality for sure. However, the “status” function doesn’t really work. It doesn’t show accurately the machines you’re using, and while the alarm function to tell you when your machines are done is nice, it would be nicer if it was accurate. It went off saying my machines were “finished”, but when I got to the laundry room, there were 6 mins left. Overall, this is a good app for paying for use of the washers and dryers. The status features need a bit of work.

They force you to put at least $10 in to use it.
Not good
My university uses this app and I just really don’t like it. The times for the wash/drying is always wrong and always goes off way too early and for some reason there’s this BS that happens sometimes where you need to pay more to get your clothes adequately dried. It’ll say “Add extra time for 0.25?”

Sneaky pop up buttons
After you pay for the 55min dryer, a sneaky pop up button appears. The one that’s normally meant to indicate the dryer has started. Except these sneaky little devils snuck an up charge into the button for “5 mins” extra dryer time. Totally meant to trick those customers not paying close attention. Why trick your own customers for $0.25 ? Really short sighted

The app is relatively stable. It is incredibly annoying how it upsells after starting any dryer to add time though

I had to stay in a university with these washers for two weeks, and needing to pay $10 for one $3.50 wash is bs.

It doesn’t give the money back if the machine is having problems it stole it took 6.75 from me and never gave it back

Really works
This is much more convenient than quarters! The modern way to use a laundry machine. I wonder how it knows whenever I am in the laundry room - dyes it track you at all times ? Anyway, it works for laundry day.
