Abusing with overcharging
Stop adding absurd prices you are abusing and overcharging me since I move it . You are making me pay like a home with 5 bedrooms and I live in a apartment with one bedroom
High cost and many power outages
After moving from up north i have never seen so many power outages especially when lines are buried under ground. The time to get restored is appalling. With high cost you would think they would treat customers better
The App gets the job done
The App is good at performing the tasks for maintaining a Dominion account on-line. No other Dominion resource is needed. The II ot presents lacks in features other such UIs have. For example, the log in screen requires an email.address. A standard keyboard is presented. Other UIs in this position present a keyboard that have the . and & characters on the layout, so the the user in not required to change layouts to enter all the required characters for an email address.

Cant pay my bill
For the last however long, its always worked just fine. But now the pay my bill option hasnt worked for last month and this month. I saw another review where this happened to another person, so ik its not just me. Revert the app back to its last update plz so it works properly cause this is rediculous in terms of me paying it on time now
Missing data now
This app used to provide information on consumption and comparisons to last year, but for several weeks now that data has been “unavailable” in the app. There is apparently no way inside the app to let the developer know, so I am trying here.

Usage report
Cannot see a full year from May 2025 to May 2026 on my usage report through app. Please include 12 month outlook. Not 11. Do not receive special notices on app must download the bill to see if account is under review.

Y’all have gotten to expensive. Yall need to bring back the 12 month payment plan or put something else into play with people struggling to pay there bills
If you cannot login
If Face ID login stops working / app hangs or throws errors on launch, try this before giving up: 1. Turn off any VPN — this alone fixed it for me. The app seems to block VPN traffic and shows a generic/blank error instead of saying so. 2. Force-quit and retry login with VPN off. 3. Still broken? Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Other Apps > turn off Face ID for this app. 4. Open the Passwords app, search the app/company name (try a few variations), delete any saved passwords/passkeys for it, then check “Deleted” and empty that too. 5. Delete the app, reinstall, and log in fresh with VPN still off. Hope this saves someone the trouble. I spent hours troubleshooting since the message gave me service unavailable while web browser was logging me in. Devs: please surface a real error message instead of a blank/generic one when a VPN is blocking the connection or orphaned credentials issue.

For about a 2 months now every time I try to login on my iPhone it says “unable to process my request to sign in”. I have changed my password and uninstall/reinstall, and nothing has worked. If I could give it zero stars I would
Left in the dark
The Dominion Power Co app may be working well but we have been without power for 8 hours now and No word from anyone about the issue or any updates!! This is not acceptable.
Daily energy used.
The app use to show me how much energy I use daily now is not letting me see it. I don’t know if there’s an app update but is definitely not letting me see it anymore. It shows that is not available.

Had power outages, always 61 customers were out, on the same spot three times and lost count near my house over the years and it’s totally unnecessary and preventable unless dominion energy cares enough to keep it from happening again.
