Fix your app
Can’t even login with Face ID and always forces me out to manually login. Not to mention how slow and dumb the app operates once you’re logged in. And the stupid layout that’s confusing
Login experience is terrible
I have to use this app every month every time I log in it’s like the first time I’ve used the app. It doesn’t remember who I am. The “use Face ID to login” doesn’t work whatsoever. And it doesn’t use iCloud Keychain for quick password field population. WHY???? It’s 2026, please just make your app usable. It feels like I’m using an app from 2010

Worst app ever
Please, for the love of all that is holy, fix your nightmare app. I dread having to play your idiotic game every single time I try to use your app. Now I can’t even copy paste my password?!?! Why are you doing this to us? Just read the reviews. It’s obvious you don’t. Why is this app login so horrible? Just fix it! What’s wrong with you people? You disgust me and so, so many others because of this. What a profoundly horrible organization you are!
Garbage
It has the option to use your face to log in but the app is pure garbage like the company and it doesn’t work it won’t let you auto load a password another garbage issues for how much money they charge us you think they could pay a team to actually design a app that actually works
Needs work
Reporting outages is not good, because it doesn’t offer a way to update the report if power comes back. Also there is no way to check status of the outage despite the app claiming that you can. Logs you out if you leave app instantly requiring re-typing the password and the face id rests itself every couple of days.
Biometric feature isn’t beneficial
You can set up biometrics, which I love, but it times out way too quickly. I get into the app once a month to pay my bill and I have biometrics enabled, but I never get to use the feature and have to log in with credentials every time. I feel like most every user on this app would just come in once a month to pay their bill, so the feature would benefit from not having to refresh sooner than once a month.

This app is terrible. It deserves the score that it is getting because it won’t let me pay my bill.
Invalid Username or Password
What a dysfunctional app from a vertically consolidated monopoly. To our chagrin, it is even difficult to pay the bill. Somehow, I’ve come to believe our concerns are just not important. Could it be the time that has passed with no attempt at resolving any of the issues? It’s not like we can just sign up with a competitor.

Constantly makes me reset password, overall trash app maybe update it

What’s the point of setting up a Face ID to unlock when you have to put your username and password EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Why even give me the option to sign in with Face ID when every month I have to sign in to be able to use the Face ID anyway..
Outage reporting feature broken
Returns an unspecified error when reporting outages. Had to use phone system. But it does show updates from that, so it’s partially working…
App won’t let you log in
I try to log in. It says I have to reset my password because of a policy change. So I reset the password. I enter the new password, it says wrong password. Not sure why it’s hard to get this app to work properly. It’s not like the company is hurting for money.
Barely meets basic demand
It is the 21 century, your a multi billion dollar revenue company, it should be a simple thing to build a smart phone app that meets all the demands of your clientele. Your attempt is abismal at best. A 14 year old could build it better.
Worst app ever
I think I have to change my password every single time I log in and then I have to re input my CC every single time as well. Would give negative stars if I could
Bad app
I had to download the app to make a payment because the website was always down - 3 different computers, 2 devices, and 3 different browsers. But there is no select due date when making payments. It’s the day you submit. I have a budget for a reason. It matches up to when I get paid. So if I want to set the payment date, then I either have to autopay, which doesn’t work for me, or remember to pay on the ever-changing due date.
Terrible App!
I seriously hate this app. It completely pointless to allow biometrics! I only login once a month to pay my bill but every single month it tells me that in order to keep using biometrics, I have to enter my password. You might as well not even have that option! My banking apps are easier to use
