Update today but cant use
After update i cant select payment method, the app suddenly close after click selection
Great app, but..!
All the features inside "Settings > General" are not usable and all the knobs are always off. If I turn on any knob/feature, and go back, it automatically turns off. I guess it might be version compatibility issue. Please fix this soon! Further, I'd love to have much thinner graph bar lines than the current ones which makes it too difficult to compare all the expenses in one shot.

Easy and customize
Hi guys, This app is easy to use for tracking your financial. But I found it did not record for repeat income and expense when I try to make the record by using the repeat function. So rate just three stars.

No backup and export and restore in lite version
Other expense apps in free version also gives an option to backup and export and restore
Basically good app
This is pretty good basically. I like summarizing my expenses in the report feature but inevitable every time I do the app crashes when I look at a category then try to go back which is annoying. But, that's the only 'problem' I've encountered. Otherwise I find it handy for budgeting.
Great functionality, except…
I’ve been using this app for 15 years. Why? Because it works. Or should I say, WORKED. Now, it keeps relentlessly hassling me to subscribe. The problems here? 1. I’ve already paid for the premium version, so GO AWAY. 2. I don’t WANT to subscribe - I wouldn’t use that functionality. 3. There is no option to turn the relentless subscription prompt pop-ups off. I’m going back to using a notebook, a pen, and a calculator.

I downloaded this app and paid to upgrade to Pro so I could sync with my husband. Three months in and I can’t get it to sync or send an email for support. There’s also no fix presented in the FAQ or in forums. Email goes to some sketchy company and the auto reply addresses another app.

Upgrade subscribed-not working
I purchased an upgrade subscription at RS 499. However, the upgrade does not reflect in the app, and also I am unable to send an email to your support team. I would like to see these get resolved, otherwise it had been a great app to use till date.

Only budget app I use. Very easy to use.
Paid for upgrade, lost all data, poor customer service
Was upgrading phones and wanted to ensure I did not lose any data from several years of using the lite version. Upgraded to Pro and subscribed for the synch subscription. Was charged for both. Nothing transferred to the new phone when I logged in but was still available on my old phone. When I contacted the support team I was told to “airdrop” the information which resulted in all receipts that had been saved being lost. Ended up being charged for an upgrade and synch and lost several years of data. The iXpenseIt team took no responsibility for charges and told me to “take it up with the Apple”. After multiple back and forths trying to understand where the data had gone and being promised a technician would call iXpenseIt simply stopped responding. The lite version was fine for basic expense recordings but the app had multiple bugs and the reports were useless. The one thing that was handy was the ability to scan and record receipts but in order to save this you need to subscribe. This would be fine if that actually was the case, but their support seem to have no idea where this data is. Do not rely on this for anything important and don’t expect any help once they have your money.

Pen and paper would be better than this app
Tried to log in with my phone and said my sign in was wrong. Selected forgot password, app said an email was sent to reset. 10 minutes, and 3 requests later, still no password reset email. Decided to send them feedback from within the app about the issue. Typed it all up and the message wouldn’t send. Find another alternative. Even pen and paper would trump this app!

Maybe it's just me
I'm used to having apps connect to my bank account. The setup on this app is clunky and takes a lot of work. There should be an easy setup for a five dollar app. I'm going back to mint.
Good app but have concerns.
I love the app! It's well designed and is great for tracking and managing finances. My concern is that it hasn't been updated in over a year. Apparently, it hasn't even been updated for ios9. Worried that over time it'll get glitchy and no one will be there to fix it. Until I see an update I can't afford to keep my household finances loaded in here for fear that I might lose it all. Hope the developers update it. It really is a very good app.

I've been using this app since 2011 and although tedious to enter every penny, it's a great way to track where your money goes. The paid version is completely customizable. Unfortunately since Sept 2015, it keeps crashing when I'm going from screen to screen within the app. I first contacted the support team in Oct 2015 and they said they're looking into it. Nothing changed so in Dec 2015 I emailed again with the same issue. They said they were aiming for Dec/ early 2016 but it's now July 2016 and nothing has improved. Don't waste your money. After years of data entering you too may be ridiculously disappointed.

Great for expense reports
*The restore from backup over wifi feature doesn't seem to be working. :-( I can generate them for myself and another person by setting up separate account types and generating the expense report for the accounts separately. Great to have the receipts saved right in the expense report's PDF.

Can't import CSV files
The address the app gives me to input into my browser doesn't work. Can't connect. And there is no help on the issue. As if its just supposed to work. I'm connected to the same (only) wifi network and I get nothing. Moving to another app.

Almost Perfect
Would be 5 stars if you could roll over unused money in each default budget category into subsequent months. This version still just resets the amounts each month. I want budgets for things like gifts, electronics,etc to accrue over the year. The lack of this feature is the only reason I'm using a different (mostly inferior) budget app. Implement the ability for unused budget money to add up over subsequent months and ill buy the full version in an instant.

Doesn't even balance properly. If the lite doesn't work I'm definitely not going to actually purchase the full version. Fix your products!

Great but big limitation
This app is finally helping me track my money in/outflows! It's really empowering and helps me be more conscious about saving and spending. Problem: can not customize categories. No category labelled Business. This app should be usable for small business owners/entrepreneurs. In fact, there should be an iexpense app specifically for entrepreneurs.
Very easy to use
I have been using this app for about 6 weeks and love it. I've tried different ones and have had issues on them locking up, freezing, you name it. This one has been fantastic.
What a let down!
I love the app the first day I use it. Everyday after that, it keeps crashing. As soon as I open the app, it freezes and a couple of seconds later it shutdown on its own. I think it has great potential if I could actually use it. Too bad.

Just downloaded the app two days ago, and has been crashing on me every couple of minutes. It would just shut down while I'm trying to input expenses. This is not even worth the free download version for this annoyance. They either improve the quality of the free version so people can get a better sense of its capabilities without any hinderance, or find something better elsewhere that has a free version that works properly.

Crashed 5 times in 5 minutes
I've got no other apps running in memory and am running latest version of IOS and yet this app (free version) has crashed repeatedly. Is anyone else experiencing this? Functionality and intuitiveness is great but stability is awful. I'll keep persevering but won't be buying the full app unless I get better stability.

Not super intuitive. Can't figure out if it's possible to do a few functions I need. Over complicated. Help tool isn't very helpful. Not sure if full version is any better.
