Been using for a couple weeks for my small business. Hoping not to get to a point where I’m forced to pay for an upgrade once I enter so many expenses. We shall see!
Love the app BUT sometimes some of my entries is just gone without any trace
I really love the app and i would say one of the best. however, there is this bug where some of my entries just got deleted without any reason.
Bugs
There are a few bugs that don’t allow me to delete transactions i have done or any recurring transactions. It would be nice to add some icons or have every day purchases that we can group and track over a period of time and see maybe % of spending during different periods of the week/month/year and show spend habit changes as a monthly wrapped.
Unsupported bank
Very sad, this app looks like the perfect app for our needs and I was willing to pay the annual subscription, but it does not support FNB bank in South Africa.
Glitchy
I use this as my main expense tracker but the “recurring” doesn’t work and deleting transactions doesn’t either

Great app for my business expense tracking. However can you please allow us to be able to upload documents of receipts instead of just the ability to take pictures?
Migraine Inducer
Pros: Looks great on paper Cons: 1. Entries disappear and reappear randomly 2. Total keeps jumping to random figures 3. Useless in tracking expense because the wrong totals shown in wallets will not match actual total causing you nasty headaches wondering where you spent that 39816!! 4. Design is bad and top controls of App features like the Search, Analysis, Setting and Back buttons disappear behind the Mobile and WiFi Signals and Battery Icon. The back button disappears underneath iOS clock on top left leaving these buttons impossible to use. Developers have been informed, sent screenshots for years. Zero response.
Good app
Very flexible app. Great for our vacation and traveling. However, I deductions star because the note field on reached expense does not expand to see all the text written. I suggest this for the next release: bigger text field for viewing notes. Thanks!!!
Support is non existent apparently
We were setting this up when we were logged out. This happened before our password was set up. When we tried to log back in it said too many log ins. We emailed for support but have heard nothing. If you were planning to use this app for business/personal planning (which we were) waiting for days for a response to an email is unacceptable.
Works weel
Would be great if the Ipad version could be fully functional with smart keyboard as its a hassle typing numbers with the on screen keyboard only.

Changing titles
It would be nice to be able to change titles like MERCHANT, maybe to client incase I’m budgeting for my small business. So I write a clients name or receipt number something like that.
Can’t use
This app doesn’t work for my iPhone 14 Pro. Maybe I’m missing something but it’s really hard to click the check mark and I can’t add any income become the black bar at the top of my phone that’s some sort of command center is in the way :( I really liked this app before.
App needs some work
This app has great potential, but I have had to stop using it for now as it is not compatible with iPhone. Some parts of the screen are really difficult to use or even impossible due to them overlapping with the status bar/dynamic island on iPhone. Really nice features on the app, though. Such as being able to add more than 1 “wallet”, as well as the fact that you can add the merchant for each purchase, thus able to classify transactions on merchant and not just category. Hopefully the bugs can be fixed so that I can use this app again in future.

iPad Compatibility
So many budget apps out there- I wanted receipts to be scanned, fair pricing, and to manage personal and small business tracking. This app does it all- so glad i took the time to explore what’s out there. I only wish the app was compatible to work in landscape mode on my iPad- I also wish I could make a “Custom Recurring” expense- my website domain and other features renew at 2 years and 4 years. I also wish it had the ability to automatically categorize my receipts when I scan them, but it is easy enough to do manually. Very straightforward.The app is fabulous and I’m glad I found it!!!⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Incompatible with iOS
Was so excited to use this app but mostly there are options in the extreme top right and left corners such as the tick or cross to accept or delete a transaction but they cannot be selected as they are too far out of the screen for iPhone. So disappointed that this app doesn’t work for me. Looks like a well designed and thorough app.
Top buttons inaccessible
Love this app been using it for years. Recently switched to an iPhone 15 Pro and the top button are unusable so I can’t save or cancel transactions. I hope they provide an update soon to sort this out because the app is now unusable.

if i go to add a decimal it tells me to input values. i can't add "6.50" i have to either choose 6.00 or 7.00. i have the latest update. let me add cents please.
Love App needs iPhone 15 update
Love love this app! Only thing that needs improvement is updating it with the iPhone 15 screen. The tabs at the top of the screen when imputing a purchase or deposited are mixed with the iPhone info tabs at the top and make it hard log the information
Budget app
App seems cool but it seems like it’s not optimised for my device screen or something because it glitches when I try to press the back or done buttons at the top sometimes and it looks abit weird around the dynamic island
APP isn’t adaptable to iPhone 14 pro max screen
This app isn’t adaptable to the iPhone 14 pro max screen. The notch at the top of the phone interferes with the expense, income, exit and save button. It really does make it difficult to add my information. Please make the UI more adaptable to different devices.

Counts my credit card transactions as income
Tried categorizing my credit card charges and it changes it all to income instead of an expense. My entire business is ran through a credit card and was hoping to categorize my expenses on the card alone, however it won’t let me change it to expense at the top. Wish I wouldn’t have paid for it off the bat.
Great, but not in safe area view
I love the app, but can’t use it anymore since the top-most buttons aren’t usable since it is behind the iPhone time/battery/etc (using 15 Pro Max). The app is not fully in SafeAreaView in expense and account pages.
Love the app but could not Export
I have been religiously using the app for a year. This is by far one of the best Budget tracking app on IOS. The only problem is that it doesn’t seemed to be allowing me to export the data into my email. I liked to keep a copy of all my expenses annually so that I can pull the data up and compare when each year ends to reflect on my finances. It saddened me that after a year of consistently using an app, you found out that you can’t do what you essentially set out for.
Just one problem…
The only problem i’ve found with this app is that it doesn’t let you add any amount under a dollar. I get cash back on one of my cards and sometimes it will only be a couple of cents and i’m never able to add the income to an account! It gives me an error that tells me to enter “valid numbers”. Makes keeping up with the exact amount on my card hard.

Don’t depend on this app to be accurate
The balance on my accounts will change by themselves and be way different than what I entered. I have to fully close app and reopen to (sometimes) correct the amount. Just all around bad design
Great App even with a few bugs
Just some bugs that need to be fixed - after creating an income or an expense, the recurring field disappears when I want to edit the expense/income
Decent app but problems
Setting up recurring payments won’t show up. I would set a recurring payment say my car payment biweekly and I click biweekly but it still won’t show up, only the first one and I have to manually type it in every 2 weeks. It’s so annoying
Great App, but iPad version needs to support landscape
I like using this app in conjunction with the invoice app. The app is great so far, with the exception of no landscape support on the iPad. This app only supports portrait orientation, which makes it impossible to use it with the magic keyboard or smart folio keypad attached. This is important when doing a lot of data entry, for multiple expenses.

BE CAREFUL!!!
I really like how this has wallets and that through receipts I can track expenses. BUT I was curious about what I could do if I linked my bank. So I went into that feature and it was easy to link my account. But I was never asked or told that I was automatically enrolled in a SUBSCRIPTION. So I fiddled around with the one bank wallet I added and I could do NOTHING with it. I went to tutorials and there was no video showing what you could do with the PAID addition of your bank. Needing to leave my house I closed the app to figure it out later. When I opened it again suddenly all my bank accounts had been added ... AGAIN automatically without my permission. While trying to delete my bank from the app a window popped up and said I was SUBSCRIBED to a free month. Crap. So I went to my Apple subscriptions and it’s not there...?!?!?!? I did finally figure out the convoluted method of deleting my bank. But this developer IS NOT transparent. I wasn’t told I was subscribing to anything. There was NO CLEAR way to delete my bank. And the subscription doesn’t appear in your Apple subscriptions right away. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM. It’s a handy app if you BE CAREFUL and NEVER add your bank.

Unable to connect my bank
I am the world’s worst at remembering to enter transactions in an app. I need the bank connection to help me keep track of expenses. Alas, this app falls short. There also does not appear to be any dedicated support for the app… everything goes to their Bookipi Invoice app support. No way to report bugs that I could find, but you can vote on which new feature you want to see next. No way to reset your password, either. Again, only for the Invoice app. I wanted to take this app for a test drive and gave it two stars for looking like it might be a good one, but I will be canceling my subscription.

Is this a scam? I was charged seconds after starting a new trial and still can’t access your stupid app
great app, but…
i’m not sure why, but it won’t let you imput values less than a dollar. say i spent 0.49 on something. i can’t type in the 0.49 because anytime you hit 0 first, it says to please enter valid numbers. fix this issue, and my review will be 5 stars! other than that, this app is perfect for my needs.
NO bank sync feature like advertised
I looked over multiple expense apps and chose this one since it listed a bank sync feature for US/Canada and looked easy to use. After looking around for 30 minutes there was no bank sync available and when I inquired with support it took them 10 messages and several days to finally tell me it’s not working and they are unsure if/when it will. (Support initially didn’t know they had that feature so I had to explain with screenshots of the App Store and then developers confirmed). I waited a bit to see if the new updates would help but unfortunately no. Although the app was otherwise great and easy to use, this app doesn’t function for me like I need and I will look for another app.

I LOVED this app... now it’s glitchy and the camera only works for one transaction then it quits. I’ve tried closing and restarting; doesn’t fix it. I have to totally turn off my phone and relaunch the app... I loved this app until this. WILL FIX THE REVIEW ONCE ITS FIXED and my iPhone XS is almost new and this is the only app that does it so it can’t be the phone

Really liked this app for a long time, but now bugs are changing the amounts in my wallets and adding many random transactions for no reason. Super frustrating! This was such an easy way to do the “envelope” system. Please fix these issues!!!
Mostly great
Trying this out to manage receipts for my small business for tax purposes. Mostly I like it, but it needs the ability to scan multi-page receipts and also to split categories and $ amounts for different category items on the same receipt. Not sure if this backs up to anything—is like it to be my sole storage for receipts but I’m afraid of an app crash losing my important tax data.
Weekly budgeting is broken
If we use the monthly budget, the expenses show up in the correct month. If we use the weekly budget, when reviewing the budget even though the screen shows the week names, it’s really showing you the monthly spend. Create a new wallet. Enter one transaction for two months ago, one for last month, and one for the current month. Set a weekly budget, and then go to review spend versus the budget. The current week will be showing you the current month’s spend, the previous week will be showing you the total previous month’s spend, and two weeks ago will be showing you the total spend from two months ago. If you’ll update the app, I’ll gladly revise this review, because otherwise it’s a great app and exactly what I was looking for!
Almost Reached Perfection
This app is beautiful. However if these key features were added it would really make it stand out even more: BUDGETS: 1. Separate these! Allow me to see how much I have left on each separate budget. I do not like how it joins budgets and does not let me see the remaining amount in the budget. 2. Allow me to delete a budget (does not let me do it unless I delete the whole wallet) 3. Add a payment method/ used account option and a filter that lets you filter out transactions made with whatever account you chose. EXAMPLE: see all the transactions I made with chase. You guys add those three simple features and you’re golden. Till then, I will stick with Airtable though. Thanks Devs!
