Don’t recommend it
I purchased the one-time purchase version for Mac and iPhone and was really appreciative of how well it helped me track my finances. Now, with the new upgrade, which I refused, a huge number of things suddenly aren’t adding up, and I’ve lost track of my 6 years finances through the app. I’m deleting it and will look for an alternative app, that doesn’t require subscription

Inaccurate
The app is inaccurate at times making it untrustworthy. Inaccurate between devices and after syncing, again at random times, making trusting it a real challenge.
Needs Visual Updae
Have been using this app for years. Sharing with my wife is a plus so we stay on top of our finances. The new version takes time to get used to however there is way too much grey color that makes it visually unpleasant. At least update it to have the date stand out in a different color to make it easier to read where you are in the transactions. The older version had this and this should have been a feature in the new version. Will be staying with the older version until this is updated. UPDATE: After trying the other two color themes per developers suggestion , the date still remains “greyed out” this needs to be fixed.
Good to great UPDATE
It turns out that it was “pilot error” as I missed clearing an entry. I will say that I heard back very quickly and was asked to submit more info. Kinda glad I found my error, which would have been embarrassing if they had to point it out. 🤷🏼 My only nitpick is the cleared balance doesn’t always update quickly and match the balance shown in the ledger. I’ve been using their original version (Checkbook HD) which frankly I like better, but this month recurring items didn’t update so I reluctantly switched to this. If the cleared balance issue rights itself, I will happily upgrade the review to 5 stars.
Lost functionality
Used it for many years, but since days or weeks ago it would not sync. I pay for Pro but stoped synced between devices

Very complete they just don’t have access to connect investment accounts and please add the ability to put widged on the clock That is to say Complications and widged for all devices
Was Good, Now it’s Trash
This was great for many years. Used it for many years. All a sudden something happened and all my auto transactions from years ago started double posting automatically throwing off all my balances. And it’s painstaking to go back years and delete every duplicate transaction. Not talking about one or two transactions, all my car payments from 2021-2024 started posting duplicates for those years, saying “auto-generated” and messed it all up. So I’m going to find any other app that works for me now even if I have to pay. This app was great for years until this happened. Disappointed.

Пользуюсь давно, уже стало видно, как медленно обновляются счета при запуске приложения. Похоже, что оно пересчитывает все транзакции с первых дней. Было бы неплохо иметь функцию «коммита» транзакций на какую-то дату, а все, что раньше отбросить.

Llevo usando la aplicación y ahora han salido otra mejores que ofrecen lo que la gente necesita. Como registro de acciones, divisas , etf…etc quien quiere un gráfico de REAL virtual ? Eso es estar lejos de sus clientes y ahora sacan otra versión igual de atrasada.

Последнее время нестабильно работает! На iPhone 15 Pro max, постоянно вылетает, на компьютере и iPad ещё работает, пользуюсь этим приложением уже много лет, удобно, но обновлений мало последнее время, хотелось бы больше вариантов итогового баланса

Проблемы с синхронизацией
Пользуюсь приложением очень давно, уже несколько лет. Недавно купил подписку и пришло разочарование: синхронизация через учетную запись Money Pro (не iCloud) работает просто ужасно. Внес данные на устройстве на андроид, тут на iOS данные могут не появляться еще долго, более часа. Притом частично иногда что-то доходит если операций несколько. И нет никакой кнопки принудительной синхронизации. В общем грусть, а подписку покупал именно ради этого функционала.

А теперь еще новую версию 3.0 выкатили, для которой нужно снова оплачивать подписку. Складывается ощущение, что разработчики вместо улучшения продукта и привлечения новых пользователей сосредоточились на том, чтобы максимум денег собрать с текущей базы

Been using this app for years. Used to be something else before this but it was discontinued and upgraded to this app. The new app I don’t recommend unless you like paying annual subscription which other apps do for one time purchase fee like this app. I highly recommend people use this app.
Greed
Long time user and no they are pushing to upgrade to a new app with a subscription only model. Paid for lifetime access and now they pull this. Avoid…… especially since I should have to pay $30 a year.
Delay balance
I’ve used your app for years and it’s always for the most part worked without a hitch. Unfortunately recently there seems to be a delay display adjusted wallet balance. When I enter an expense or multiple expenses there is a brief delay displaying the adjusted balance. I’m running the most current IOS on an iPhone 16 pro.

Should have kept old version
I downloaded the new version and could not get used to using it so I went back to the old version. The older version is much easier to read at a glance what’s going on in your account. I don’t use the app to. It’s full of extent, so maybe that’s where the benefits are but aesthetically. The older version is much better.
Exemplary customer service
Great app. Does everything I need. When I’ve submitted a question because I can’t figure out perform some task, the customer service has been exemplary. Response to questions couldn’t be any faster and the explanations are very clear and helpful.

Quick input Widget gone
Since iOS 18 quick input widget has gone. I used it all the time. Please bring it back. It’s just a crucial thing for such kind of app. I’ve bought both iOS and Mac versions mostly because of this feature. Thanks

The price increases more than 100% Bye!
I used the app for years, when I got married I upgraded the subscription. I am really thinking to cancel my subscription now that I have only two months of 2025 and start over in another app, or maybe stay the year and to get another App for 2026, I will see. The strategy of the company is wrong making this kind of high price increases.
Subscription Cost Increase
It’s a great app but the subscription cost increase by 250% really is a bummer. Also, Apple only gives warnings close to the billing cycle so you still will be catching people off guard (especially if they want to export their info to another app). Even sending out a general email would promote transparency, and maybe offering a perk or two for long time users could mitigate the fallout from this price change. All in all thanks for all you do.

Mobile app is ok
The mobile app is good. Has its bugs but it is the most complete and easy to use finance app I’ve tried. And I’ve tried them all. I wouldn’t recommend paying for pro to sync with other devices/platforms, as that wreaks absolute chaos on your stored info. Hundreds of hundreds of transactions get wonky through the syncs and start to be off or missing.
