Good App, Improvements needed
Need below Improvements: 1. Ability to modify live in multiple devices. 2. Cash Flow based on categories 3. I can Filter based on multiple criteria. Will be helpful if I can save that filter criteria so that I can use it in future. Some thing like Filter Profiles. 4. Matching the debit and credit transaction in an accounts. This will help in seeing the final schedule of what that amount comprises of.

Need Improvement
It’s almost better than any other apps in the market currently, it is designed in such a way which adopts in your lifestyle very smoothly. However it needs to improve in below 3 areas - 1. Credit Card section has to be improved 2. If It can be categorised in 3 super categories like - Essential, Wants, Savings 3. There should be periodic updates based on the feedback in order to make it more better than current.

It is one of the best Money Mgr. app I have used. I have been using this application from three years and it is very simple to use and yet has a number of feature. I will highly recommend this app.

Great app, but a few key features would make it elite > This is a very good app, but adding a few key features would make it top-tier—and something I’d gladly pay extra for: > 1. **Sub-Accounts:** The ability to create sub-accounts within accounts (e.g., inside a group). > 2. **Flexible Exporting:** An option to export financial data for individual or selected accounts (if this isn't already available). > 3. **Multiple Profiles (Personal vs. Business):** A profile-switching feature so you can manage personal and business finances separately under one app—with distinct accounts, groups, and totals—without needing two separate phones. > 4. **Profile Totals:** An easy way to view grand totals at the profile level (similar to how account totals work now). > I’d easily pay for these through a one-time in-app expansion pack or add-on rather than a subscription model.
Import feature is not usable
I want to import the multiple transaction directly into the app, but for that I need to use the TSV file and move it into the my iPhone using iTunes or Finder app. There should be a simple approach where I can just paste my TSV file in iOS files Manager using any functionality and there should be simple import button in the app to select that file and import the data. This whole method of you keeping the TSV file in the internal folder, which are not visible in the IOS Files app makes this feature A COMPLETE WASTE

Good app but missing key savings feature
Money Manager by Realbyte is a clean and useful app for tracking expenses, but it lacks an important feature for users who actively manage savings accounts. There is no option to set or track interest rates for savings accounts. Many banks offer interest monthly, quarterly, or even daily (like some digital banks), and users should be able to input their interest rate and see automatic updates in their balance. Currently, everything has to be tracked manually, which defeats the purpose of using a finance management app. It would be very helpful if the app allowed users to set custom interest rates per account and automatically calculate and add earnings based on frequency (daily, monthly, quarterly). This feature is essential for anyone who wants a complete and accurate view of their finances in one place. Disappointing that such a basic financial feature is missing.

다른건 수정탭에서 다 수정되는데 할부 개월수는 눌러도 반응없고 할부로 저장해놓은걸 일시불로 바꾸려면 삭제하고 다시 작성하는게 너무 불편하네요

No automation
Why don’t you add feature to read and record message from bank and add it as an expense or income. In the world of AI THIS SHOULD BE POSSIBLE Also why not add group feature where I can manage my wife’s finance and my family finances too. And my family can also see the family finance position.

Have never paid for any apps ever but this app is so efficient that you feel obliged to pay.
It’s difficult to locate specific accounts in Deleted Accounts in case of we want to retrieve it.
Great app, but the “Deleted Accounts” section could use some improvements. It’s difficult to locate specific accounts since they appear shuffled. Adding a search bar, sorting options (especially by name), and showing the remaining balance for each account would make it much more user-friendly. Hope to see these features in future updates!

Backup Problem
I like the app but my data cannot be backed up, which is a problem for me. So not completely satisfied but it is okay.
Reciepts or documents are not saved inside the app
Please add a feature to save the photos or documents which are captured by the camera in the app itself. Now it is being saved in the gallery of the iPhone and there are chances of it being deleted by mistake. Also add a feature to export the documents receipts later with a reference to the transaction.

Need to add some more features
Hello Money Manager Pro Team, First of all, thank you for creating such a useful app. I have a suggestion that I believe would make expense tracking more convenient. Currently, when transferring money between accounts (such as Cash to Bank), there is a Fee option where transfer charges can be recorded separately. However, this option is not available when recording Expenses. For example, if I make a card or mobile money payment of 1,891 and the payment provider charges a 31.50 transaction fee, I have to manually calculate the total and enter 1,922.50 as the expense. This is inconvenient and can lead to mistakes. It would be very helpful if the Expense screen also included a Transaction Fee or Fee field, just like the account transfer feature. The app could automatically add the fee to the total expense while recording the fee separately if needed. This feature would make it much easier for users who frequently pay by card, mobile money, or other digital payment methods that charge transaction fees. Thank you for considering this suggestion, and I hope you can add this feature in a future update.

Die App ist übersichtlich und gut strukturiert, allerdings fehlen ein paar essenzielle Funktionen, um ein Haushaltsbuch wirklich effektiv zu führen. Besonders vermisse ich eine grafische Darstellung des Gesamtvermögens, damit man langfristig erkennen kann, ob es steigt oder fällt. Zudem erscheinen wiederkehrende Buchungen erst am 1. des Monats oder am Tag der Buchung. Sinnvoller wäre es, diese 6–12 Monate im Voraus sichtbar zu haben – so hätte man eine bessere Planung und Kontrolle. Auch eine Funktion fehlt, mit der man markieren kann, ob eine Ausgabe bereits vom Konto abgebucht wurde oder nicht. Das würde doppelte Kontrolle und mehr Übersicht ermöglichen. Insgesamt solide, aber mit Luft nach oben – mit diesen Ergänzungen wäre die App deutlich stärker.
No account that syncs to all your devices
There has to be a total of accounts for the year-to-date, month-to-date, week-to-date. It does the job in listing your transactions but you can’t sync it with all your devices.

Die damalige PC Version war wesentlich besser. Mittlerweile nicht mehr gut.
easy to operate
it’s very hard to find a good Money Mgr. these days and I like this one because it reminds me of the old Microsoft money program that used to be my favorite. I think I’ve tried others like QuickBooks in the lake and they were just too complicated, I prefer systems that are color colored and that the mathematics is pretty simple. I do have problems coming up with new categories sometimes. That’s the only it I have.
"Copy" transaction after update
I have been using this app for quite a while and really like it. But after the recent update, duplicating transactions feels less convenient. Previously, copying a transaction was straightforward - i could just copy a transaction and edit directly before posting. Now I have to choose between “copy with today’s date” or “copy with date of entry,” which adds extra steps. Would it be possible to remove this? It feels unnecessary and a bit frustrating when I have many expenses to duplicate.
