Mon application de finances préférée depuis 2013!
J’utilise Visual Budget depuis 2013 et, après toutes ces années, elle demeure de loin mon application préférée pour gérer mes finances personnelles. J’adore la possibilité de classer chacune de mes transactions dans des catégories et des sous-catégories personnalisées. Cela rend le suivi de mes dépenses extrêmement simple et bien organisé. Les graphiques et les statistiques sont excellents. Voir l’évolution de mes finances au fil du temps m’aide vraiment à comprendre où va mon argent et à mieux gérer mon budget. L’application est complète, intuitive et incroyablement fiable. Après plus de 10 ans d’utilisation, je peux dire qu’elle m’a accompagné au quotidien et qu’elle vaut largement ses 5 étoiles. Merci aux développeurs pour cet excellent travail! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Simple et efficace
Édit 2025 décembre : nouvelle présentation ! Et comme d’accoutumée une totale satisfaction ! 14 ans d’utilisation et pas une seule remarque négative à dire. Logiciel parfait, ergonomique et intuitif. J’adore, je kiffe et je ne suis pas prêt de changer :) Edit 2023 : toujours au top, vraiment un bijoux pour tenir comptes et budgets et pleins d’autres possibilités Tout est dans le titre sauf que si vous cherchez en plus un outil pratique qui vous permettra de faire des recherches, pointer facilement, budgéter, éditer des rapports en PDF, vous avez là l’outil idéal. Je l’utilise depuis sa création et ses outils m’ont aidé plus d’une fois dans des éditions pour des besoins précis, des recherches rapides sur tous les champs, des sauvegardes iCloud qui me permettent une saisie sur grand écran avec l’iPad puis une consultation au besoins suite à importation sur mon iPhone. Cerise sur le gâteau, l’appli est souvent mise à jour et ne plante jamais. Un gros 👍 pour le boulot et le suivi et un grand merci pour les services qu’elle a pu me rendre depuis prêt ou plus (quand on aime on ne compte pas lol) de dix ans !
Déjà 12 ans de service !
Mise à jour, 2026 : Avec l’arrivée d’iOS 26, l’application a fait l’objet d’une refonte graphique. En revanche, les évolutions fonctionnelles restent limitées (et c’est tant mieux ). Cette mise à jour s’accompagne de modifications d’interface qui compliquent l’usage : menus déplacés ou moins lisibles, apparition de bugs, changement du calendrier et choix graphiques discutables. L’expérience globale est moins cohérente que dans les versions précédentes, qui privilégiaient la simplicité et l’efficacité. Cette refonte donne le sentiment d’une régression ergonomique plutôt que d’une amélioration réelle. Une phase d’adaptation est nécessaire, même si l’ancienne interface reste, pour l’instant, accessible sur un appareil non mis à jour vers iOS 26. À suivre. J’ai débuté l’usage de cette application en janvier 2014, essentiellement sur iPad… 10 ans de loyaux services ! J’adore cette application pour toute ma comptabilité ! Facile d’usage une fois prise en main, pas de révolution dans le temps et donc pas de mauvaise surprise. J’espère qu’elle sera encore là pour de nombreuses années !! ✌️😎

Great app
Used this for years for one account & recently started tracking a couple of others. It’s a brilliant app. My only suggestion for an improvement would be to make syncing data between devices much simpler… it would be nice to be able to enter/edit transactions on my phone & my tablet, but I can’t be faffed with import/export of files - I just want all installed apps to automatically sync to the last updated version of the transactions record. Is this possible? Edit: obviously not! The iOS 26 version doesn’t seem much different, save a new look. I’m finding that future & recurring transactions are dancing around on the dates, especially when I change the time on my phone to the local time of where I am (eg India last week & 27 transactions shifted by a day). Not the end of the world but it should be better.

I have used this app for a couple of years and it’s been great I really rely on it. Since yesterday the app has broken! The app won’t open AT ALL and it’s not working on my mums phone either. Very upset and stressed because I rely on this app for my finances Have emailed the company and no reply
Visual Budget + discipline = équilibre
Voilà 2 ans que j’utilise cette application. Et depuis, je sais où j’en suis dans mon budget. ÉDIT 2022.10.05: Depuis le jour 1, j’ai des soucis avec la sauvegarde, je m’explique. Je gère mon budget via mon iPad, et j’effectue ma sauvegarde après chaque session. Si je prends mon iPhone, et que j’importe ma dernière sauvegarde, des transactions sont toujours manquantes. Et vice versa, si j’ajoute des transactions à Visual Budget via mon iPhone, et que j’importe sur ma tablette après, il manque des transactions. Donc, pour éviter ces erreurs, jusqu’à ce que les développeurs règle les soucis, toujours travailler votre budget du même appareille. Vous pourrez utiliser votre autre appareille pour consulter uniquement.

Disappointed
Have been using this brilliant app for years with no problems at all, but the latest update makes everything much more difficult to navigate & read. It might be something to do with the latest iOS update which is a total disaster, but I wish I could revert back to the previous version of visual budget.
Works well for me
Looking at retiring soon so I needed to know where our money goes. This app works well for me. I like that it doesn't connect to my bank account (another app wanted me to enter my acct # and password!). The FAQ helped when shaping the accounts and categories to suit my life. Took me a while to work through it but I have great hope by Dec. I'll know how much I'll need to retire.

Hi, not sure why the app is no working anymore, when I click open it stays at the beginning and suddenly closes. Could you please help me with the issue?
Very Good
I use it all the time. Database is uploadable to iCloud and locally. Csv and pdf export also. Budgets could be better, but I’d rather do that on my own with the csv that I export to my laptop. I use this app after I have any monetary transaction. I’ve had this app since May 2014 and I still use it. It’s simple and is updated regularly. I think the categories and budgets overview could be easier to view and use, but it’s good to see quickly. For greater depth, download the csv and view on your own budget spreadsheet on Excel. Dommage.

iCloud export no longer works
It starts exporting then crashes back to home screen before uploading.
Ideal to track spending
Very easy to use. You can personalize it as you want. Perfect app for my needs. It can be better if you can share data viewing and entry with another person.
Problème de restore
J’aimais vraiment beaucoup cette application mais je suis incapable de faire un restore in-app purchase donc depuis que j’ai changé d’appareil je ne peux plus l’utiliser.

Je l'utilise depuis 2012 et ma conjointe depuis 3 ans, facile d'utilisation et très fiable jamais rencontré de bug. Sauvegarde des données simple sur.
App buona, assistenza clienti molto meno
Uso l’app da diversi anni e nella sua semplicità funziona bene. Ho la versione a pagamento e vale in linea di massima i suoi soldi (pagamento una tantum e non abbonamento). Unica mancanza rilevante è la sincronizzazione tra più devices associati allo stesso account. Vero difetto che mi ha fatto dare 2 stelle (invece delle 4 che meritebbe l’app) è l’assistenza clienti. Visto che è appunto un’app a pagamento mi aspetterei un’assistenza che aiuti a risolvere i problemi e non che semplicemente ti rigiri le FAQ senza aggiungerci nulla di utile.
Love this app!
I find this app extremely useful!! It helps me keep track of my spending and upcoming expenses!! And it’s SO easy to use! I don’t use a checkbook anymore, so this app is a must!! As of 02/15/2025, I am having trouble with this app and I couldn’t find a way to get help. When I do a search on the Account page, it switches me to the Category page! To find a particular transaction that is several months old, I had to thumb through many entries to find the one I was looking for! I hope you can fix this problem soon!
Visual Budget is really , really good.
Have been using it for over a year and it is so well set up and organized..very easy to use and excellent for tracking spending, going back into history to compare spending over a period of time..I am a very visual person .This app really suits me. Took me a long time to find something I would find so convenient to use. No complaints at all.
Need update
Please bring the transactions per day/month feature back. It helps me view and manage my budget in advance.
Pretty good
Only 50 transactions per account and after that it’s 11.99 for unlimited. Idk if that’s a one time pay want tho or a monthly payment. I hope it’s only a one time payment because if it’s monthly it really isn’t worth it at all. But if it’s one time it’s good
Taken away the monthly view
This was brilliant until the monthly viewer disappeared. It was a key feature i used to see and be able to adjust any payments in the month. Please bring this feature back which was located in the overview section.
Great App but
I had this app on Android originally, so I am pretty sure I left a review, but the app is no longer available in the store. I have loved this app very much for a while. The tech support was always kind until today. I have never really understood how to back up, so tried to look up instructions but couldn’t find..evidently it’s there tho. So 5 stars to 3. I don’t care who you are, never be rude and impatient with a customer. If they can’t find something even tho they said they looked, obviously they need the help they are asking for.

The last update removed the calendar feature which I used daily. No longer happy with my purchase. Please bring back the calendar

Great app. Been using it for a few years now. Does the job for my household. My only complaint/suggestion, make it easier to access the calculator for batching multiple entries. It is awkward to drill down to access the tool.

Loving the app. Could some of these be included in an update. **. It would be great to add more than 1 photo, maybe 3 would be better. ** Also to have the choice of the Repeat Options to include option al number of days, and optional number of weeks. Some payments are every 5 or 6 weeks, but it’s not on the list. **. Would be great to be able to back date recurring payments.

Latest update removes useful feature
The latest update has removed the ability to review all transactions at a glance on a certain date, at group overview level. This pretty much renders this app useless to me as I have 17 accounts in my group. Going through each of these accounts individually to check for transactions on a certain date just isn’t practical.
Fantastic, I would get it again.
I have been using this program for years and I love it. I would never go back. I would add 2 things; the ability to split the total transaction price among more than one category and the ability to reconcile the transaction from the main screen without having to open the transaction.
Calendar Removed
I have used this app for years but after a recent updated the Calendar was removed so I’m now on the search for a new app.

Is it possible to collaborate with other users? Say you’re sharing a family account and need several members to contribute to the same account, how does one make that happen? Thanks

Used this app for so many years and love it but don’t love the latest update! Why??? Adding a new transaction and it goes through two screens to take you to the category screen, which you don’t need if you’re regularly using the app! By adding the dollar value and place of transaction the category is automatically entered based on your history. What a time wasting step to now have to enter the category manually 🤦♀️

Disappointing
I've been using this app for some time now and found it invaluable in helping control my household budgets. I especially like using the feature that allows you to look at future transactions as it enables me to keep track of yearly bills and can see at a glance when I have spare money and when not. However I've just come across one major flaw that has now rendered app almost useless to me - I cannot set a recurring transaction for a custom length if time, specifically every 6 weeks. When I contacted the developer they just said it wasn't a feature and I would just have to remember to input the transaction manually! This completely defeats the object of having the app! Unless I sit down and work out every 6 weeks for the next year and input each transaction by itself I can no longer look to the end of the year to check if I have the funds - not really happy with it anymore.
Feature request: Auto sync between devices.
I really love the app and have been using it for months. However, I use both iPhone and Mac version and manually import and export are tiring.
Excellent App
I love this App. It’s the only way I can stay on budget. I have been using it for my finances for years now. The only thing I would change is that I would make it possible to add 12 monthly bills with one click instead of doing them one at a time.
Visual Budget is a Visual Lemon
I’ve used different money app for many years and loved it but it’s not supported after IOS11. I’ve not yet found a replacement that’s as good and this is just another to be sent to the app graveyard. This app is not intuitive and lacks the basic feature to transfer between your accounts. The upgrade price of $13 is exorbitant! I use another of Kiwi Objects apps (Gas Manager) and it is great but Visual Budget is an app I wouldn’t recommend.

The support staff are probably the rudest I have ever come across, that being said the app is pretty good. It needs a feature that allows real time syncing syncing across devices, rather than over writing what exists, as well as the ability to completely copy/ duplicate all transactions into a seperate account incase you need to play around with amounts and things without deleting the transaction from your account lists all together and having to add them back later. Lots of features I don’t use included and doesn’t provide features that I would. Marked down for rude emails from app support staff when facing difficulties or wanting to know more information about features.
