Another Money Pit
This reminds me of a Russian game that nerfed the original to make it just about money. Yes it’s addictive to play it you can’t keep playing unless you wait a week to re-supply, or pay $$$$ at least $100. On top of that, a bug that didn’t upgrade my spell, also another that TAKES AWAY hard earned spells, makes me feel I’m playing a game but losing in the deal. Beware of this game, gambling addicts.

Character Stuck
UPDATE: they updated the game which reset the levels and unstuck my character. However, new update is only so so. I like some things about it: energy vs army size is an upgrade. One downside is artifacts. They’re now tied to specific armies so no more upgrading what you want and creating your own pros/cons set up. Really downgraded the ability to customize. Also lost ability to have duplicate stacks in your army. And with no way to specifically find armor, you’re stuck praying the RNG will get you the upgraded armor for the army you want. So it’s all RNG to determine your setup; no longer “skill” involved. Lastly, the higher levels are pure RNG. Computer is so OP that you have to just pray you get a proper spawn in. You either destroy the enemy or they completely destroy you; no middle ground. The computer gets super high stats so every character gets multiple turns, does max damage, and their “10%” chance to activate specials is drastically skewed in their favor; more like 75%. Their tanks will get moral and easily coast across the entire map and wipe out a stack. No skill = no fun. I tried to keep it going but I’m not dropping hundreds of dollars and the lack of skill has tapered off the fun part of the game. It’s ok from beginning to middle tiered hardness. When you reach upper tiers it’s pure luck. Devs, I’ve emailed and no response. My character is stuck on final level. Pixel glitch maybe. Unable to continue the campaign. I’ll make 5 stars when fixed.
Advertise galore
This is a nice game while you are bored. But this game has some pesky advertises plus too many advertises which it can kill this game period.

The game itself is fun. But I got an ad for AI pornography while in the game. Absolutely unacceptable and not appropriate for kids. The company should be ashamed of that.

Advertisement freeze at end of watching. Must reset app and watch it again. This is a bug or it’s on purpose.
Another game that just wants your money
Overall gameplay is OK and has some similarities and resemblance to heroes of my magic, but in the end, nothing beats the original. it takes a lot of resources and a lot of time to be able to get to endgame. Everything is overpriced and honestly really don’t need to spend any money because you can beat it free to play which is very tough. As you get up into the difficulties, it becomes less of a strategy and more of a tool base game, where you need certain heroes to win, including legendary, which are very hard acquire unless you wanna spend copious amounts of money on nothing. The endgame content contest of the computer players getting endless luck and crits and they just try to wipe you out fast. Literally can move across the board and one shot all your heroes, including legendary at max gear levels. It honestly becomes less and less of a strategy game and more about the computer just trying to overwhelm you for no reason.
Might and magic phone game
Very might and magic feel with a long term phone game vibe. I like the new update with the large stacks of units u can get for units in the event fights when ur higher level. I wish there was a premium version to skip all the ads but besides that I'm enjoying it. The new relic system helps u become more versatile since a unit can get a rng upgrade making them more useful Can y'all add a setting that lets you turn off spells during auto battle

Everything good but the arena.
Nice game for the most part. The arena is a joke. Opponents are massively overpowered making it very difficult to win battles. Took two stars off for that frustration and almost took three.
Load screen stuck
Pretty decent game but can’t contact support. The load screen is stuck it just continues to load but it doesn’t make it to the game. Been playing for a couple months so it this point I feel all that progress was for nothing extremely frustrated if not fixed definitely one star. If fixed it’s the best game of the series and I would rate it a four star but since It’s not working one star.

Started out as a fun little game, I started getting better at it and got harder, which is great, then when the big update it got kinda confusing, and not as fun, but got use to the new leaders. Now the advertisements are a MINUTE LONG. It’s Frustrating and I don’t recommend it to anybody, there are many better games out there. I’m going back to heroes of might and magic. This game finally did it, got me to write a review, you can do better, sad!!
Good game with issues.
I enjoy the game. I also understand that inorder to play for free I have to watch adds. However when the adds glitch and never end forcing me to force close the game and watch another add to continue. Sometimes up to three times i feel less than 5 star about the game.
Ads don’t close
Totally ad driven game. The game is good when the ad system works, but… more than half of the numerous ads that must be endured to play the game get stuck at 15 seconds and will not close unless the game is rebooted.
Reminds me of heroes of might and magic 3
Great game however, I don’t like how a player has to either spend gems (money) or watch endless ads to continue playing the game.

I take back everything good I said about this game.
(Update) This game had so much potential, but they ruined it. Once you get to the third campaign map, there is absolutely NO WAY to clear content in normal progression. Enemies are padded out with so much stats that you’ll hit like a wet noodle. You could have hundreds of Mana, but the spell book will only let you cast spells a couple of times before saying “not enough mana.” In almost a month of playing, I was lucky to get a mere two rare characters and you need almost a dozen of EACH CHARACTER in order to fully upgrade them. I could spend thousands of dollars and still not get the characters I need for upgrades, and even if you miraculously get the right character, you’ll still be so weak that the meat sponge enemies pound you into the ground after a couple of hits. Just get HoMM on PC and don’t bother with this pile of garbage. Don’t waste your time, and PLEASE don’t waste your money. (Original review) First off, let me say that this is a great game overall. The battle system retains all of the best gameplay from HoMM 3. However, the actual progression system has basically been copy/pasted from Raid: Shadow Legends (even down to the names of the “shards” you use for gatcha summoning, aka “void shards” / “sacred shards/). This makes progression feel very, VERY slow at least through the first few campaign maps. This developer, Tinysoft has already tried making a HoMM game before (with much less polished art style), so this game seems like a second attempt at greatness. It’s better, but still rough around the edges. It would be nice if the developers would consider the following. 1) ability to reset levels / refund materials for units you don’t want to use anymore 2) let “free” items in the store simply reset daily (along with daily quests) instead of a full 24 hour timer. The way it is now, if you claim the free stuff late in the day, it can make it almost IMPOSSIBLE to complete your daily quests on the following day (since you have to wait out the full 24 hours). Or simply remove the store items from the daily requirements. 3) FIX THE ADS!!! Seriously, I love supporting the devs, and I don’t mind watching ads for free stuff, but I’m not exaggerating when I say at least 70% of the ads in this game are broken. You just get stuck on an end screen with no reward, and the only way to get out of it is to kill the entire game and reload from scratch. When they DO WORK, the rewards are great, but it’s like rolling the dice every time you click on an Ad button. PLEASE FIX THIS, TINYSOFT!!! I fear if they never get the ads sorted out, more and more people are going to leave the game, which is a shame too, because the core game is fantastic. This is by far the best HoMM game I’ve seen on mobile. I just hope the devs are actually reading these reviews so they can make it even better!

There needs to be a place to fight with the lower units to build them up. Getting enough level 4’s who can merge to create a level 5 is too hard.

Wrote a review this morning about my disappointment in the different versions for google vs Apple. Was thinking about quitting the game until I saw the new update this afternoon. Game is seems to be the same as google version now. Will continue playing despite being heavy ad based
Poor Customer Service
So, I’ve had my character stuck on a certain spot on the map (cannot move the character). I have emailed the game’s support 5 times over the past week and half with no response.
Another reskin clone of HoMaM
(Update 2) Great, not only is the double music bug not fixed, but now you can only upgrade units with units of their own type, which SEVERELY limits the progression of higher tiered units, since spawning those is so rare. Seriously lame. (end update 2) (Update) Well now the spells are working again, but at times I can hear two songs playing at the same time - sounds awful. (End update) Really just a reskinned version of their other HoMaM clones. The main difference is now there's a common pool of "population" for all units rather than each unit having its own population count. On one hand that means you can do more consecutive battles without having to wait between each one. On the other hand, the restoring of that population seems slower, so you end up having to wait longer to battle again once you've used up all the population. The main problem right now is, as others have said, spells are broken. You can use it at first, but then shortly after (it seems after you get the mage tower and upgrade the magic missile spell a couple times - at least that's when it happened to me), the spell no longer appears in battles. It's the only spell I have right now, so I get no spells in battles now. 😒

Big Bug
Was fun until the last update. Now it won’t let you upgrade your characters, so you cant progress, no sense in playing ☹️
Fun game, but many, many bugs!
The developers chose not to have a contact feature in the game, so I’m forced to write about the bugs here. Seriously, just add a contact feature! It can’t be too hard. The biggest bug right now is the timers for the towers and the arena. They do not work which means your tickets repopulate much slower than they should, and sometimes not at all. There is also a bug in the artifact tower that has the 50 werewolves in the middle. If you play that tower once and then try to continue to play it again, the 50 werewolf becomes unkillable. You can get it down to 1 but it will not die, and then it goes back and forth between 1 and 50. So many other small bugs, but I’m not going to take the time to write them all if the developers aren’t going to take the time to allow us to contact them directly. smh
Please fix the bag
For some reason game is not booting up any more. Stuck in the beginning of the loading, the sand clock keep rotating, but game is not starting. Will wait for update.

Started off good!
Really enjoy this game, brings back the nostalgia of the old franchise but after the new update it makes grinding and playing on all three aspects. The new update makes more things cost the in game currency and upgrading characters harder.
Units are not balanced
Some units like the Druid is not balanced and invoke multiple enemy with even more units than his own. I’ve try multiple time to kill a lvl 3 Druid and he summon 7 trees man lvl 30. Also using gem to unlock part of the map is not a good idea. And when we use gems to get population a yes/no prompt would be great to avoid loosing gems.

Actually a good game, easy to learn
Has potential, but…
Too many bugs to count, from units stuck in army, no spells early on, to audio overlap. Even overlooking all of those issues, my biggest complaint is the luck and morale systems. Any time I fight in the arena my opponents constantly get an extra action or double damage even tho my luck and morale are higher. I get there are outliers on probabilities, but it’s every fight. Usually 2-3x what I get, I’ve counted on numerous occasions.
Quest Bug
The win 5 fights in the artefact tower quest does not work which does not allow daily quests to be finished. Easy fix, it would be nice if the developer had some way to contact support.
Ruined
Overnight they totally ruined this game. I went to bed with power over 220,000, then get up the next morning with under 195,000. Upgrading your army is almost impossible. You could upgrade using lower level characters, now you can only upgrade same level characters with same level characters. The ads are ridiculous also. If you don’t spend a ton of money, the only way to get things is to watch ads. In playing one hour, I spend 45 minutes watching ads. I’m only keeping this game to see if they might improve it. If not, it will be just another game that gets deleted.
Reward Chest from Arena
Chest haven’t been given after wins. Is this a glitch? Also, some skeletons and other game creatures seem to have skills that keep them alive and impossible to kill. In towers and arena.

The game has potential but there are too many bugs. The biggest bug is the inability to use magic. I’ll stick around for a few days and hope for a patch.
