It’s a very fun game

This game is super boring. Only 2 things to do and lazy events here and there that have been in the same loop for so long. Don’t buy anything especially battle pass it’s the same 3 on loop. I think the creators were just lazy and even with their new clan’s update is just pure trash and again lazy. The creator is just awful
Ranked is broken
Ok so hear me out in the 100-300 trophy league which is the first and second one outside of the starting to the ranked ladder, I should not be fighting again a lvl 45 who decided to have a small ship with the best units in the game on deck so me trying to fight again people my lvl and ships I end up losing a lot of trophies because I get this same guy 4 times back to back. Or if I one win away from getting my 5th win chest a lvl 45 shows up and just wrecks me
Has potential
The game is really fun but once you get to pvp it’s fun for a little then you start getting destroyed by people 10-30 levels higher than you using units you can’t even get close to using then even worse once you lose you have to wait 5- 15mins for your ship to be repaired so I was like I get the ad pass to avoid that little did I know they limit it’s used on one of the most important parts so be warn if spending any money you will get destroyed by a whale and have to wait more time then Playing
One issue with progression that’s keeping this game from 5 stars
I love the strongholds, making a set of ships and then having a home base that makes you coins that you can invest back into your ships is a cool concept, I would just love to see it fixed and expanded on. It would be cool when you finish each stronghold (reach level 10), to be able to continue to make coins from those strongholds and see peoples attacks of them with whatever power level you had at the time being a similar level to those who attack. I’d love to have 5 different places to collect money from and have each base matter. I’m also currently on the third base, which in theory, has a max storage space of 20,000 coins, since the previous level 10 base had a cap of 19,800. When I upgraded I think it’s a mistake that it actually brought my storage capacity down all the way to 2,000, forgetting a zero in the upgrade. In order for me to get the value out of the base I’ve poured hundreds of thousands of coins into, I’d have to log in every 30 minutes to collect these coins. That doesn’t seem very fair, and as someone who logs in twice or 3 times a day, I can assume I’ve lost a few hundred thousand coins in the week that I’ve had this base, with no way to go back. It’s also not worth upgrading anymore if it’s lost %90 of its value. I hope to see this fixed and the idea of the base expanded on soon, because I enjoy this game, and I’d hate to lose motivation for a part of the game I love, just because someone forgot a zero.

Great Potential
Simple in design! I was relieved that they chose to make a “simpler is better” design. Nowadays, games’ UI are so cluttered, that my ADD kicks in high gear. Not so with Pirate Ships. I do hope there will be a way to customize the look of the sails and flag, and a guild system would be a welcomed idea!
Fun game but rarely works
Started playing this game because it looks fun but whenever I try to log back into the game says network issue, I go play another game that requires internet and it works well. Keeps telling me check my internet connection. I’m good, this game is just out of wack
Upgrade and you lose ship strength!!
Just upgraded and i lost about 1000 strength off of my fleet of ships. Saddening that you spend all this time increasing your fleet strength to have a good chunk wiped out on an upgrade. For those of you who subscribe to the pay to win… I’d be curious of your experience on this latest upgrade (Dec 5 upgrade)

Let’s have people play a game where you load in and on every 5th battle in a row you get matched with level 42 players at level 15 really makes so much sense you guys are really good at making the game fair and balanced🤣🤣🤣

Das Spiel ist fabelhaft. Es ist eins der besten Spiele die ich auf dem Handy gespielt habe. Ich habe auch direkt Geld investiert. Das einzige was fehlt sind Video-Recaps aus vergangen kämpfen. Oder wenn mich jemand angegriffen hat, dass ich sehe wie sein Schiff aufgebaut war, so dass ich mich verbessern kann. Leider ist es an Forts gar nicht zu erkennen wie gut die Formation ist, da man nur sieht ob man Gesiegt oder verloren hat.

Crashes every 5th fight or so, if I used anything g I actually purchased it’s lost. Play, but don’t pay for anything cause you’ll just lose it in a crash
Please nerf flamethrowers
This game is pretty fun, but the flamethrowers are way too overpowered with no good ways to defend against them. For a solution to this, maybe make them only work close range or if they’re at the front of the ship? Either that, or add something earlier in the game to save the ship from being obliterated if the enemy has two or more flamethrowers.
Crash+lag
I’ve been playing this game for a month and so many times crash and lag, but i see that u guys not find a way to fix it
Bad indicators
The Opponent Indicators are bull shjt. Opponent that has low bombardment will destroy your ship in a blink of eye!!?
2 years
Started playing the game two years ago. Took a break and came back only to be impressed by everything added. I truly enjoy this game and the unique mechanics of the game. One thing that turns me away from games is the pay to win features. But this game allows players to grind long term and be competitive with those who pay.
Problem connection
The game is not connecting to the server for the last two days and can’t be access!!
Recent update enhanced game
I had left a previous negative review. The developer finally stepped up to the plate after almost 6 months. The game now runs much smoother. The quality of life updates are amazing. The game continues to improve. Kudos.
At times it doesn’t load
Pretty cool game I’ve bought a ship and played for hours straight, sometimes or I should say a lot of the time it doesn’t load or it does and takes me to the main menu but when I go to search for a battle, it freezes or it lags… I just might ask for a refund.
Kinda bad
Goodish game, but on your fourth online battle it’ll give you a ship that’s way more powerful than yours so you can’t get the 5 streak chest and also you get knocked back some trophies which sucks

Is fun to play at first, but even if you spend real money to get an upgraded ship, they continually pair you up with people 10 levels higher with more powerful ship so that you have to keep spending money to pick weaker opponents or repair your ship money, hungry, developers, here, done, giving them any money

Ads + Shop
Ads are too aggressive and get worse past maybe lvl 24. PVP seems algorithm based and structured to make you lose at certain intervals. It’s predictable and can be exploited to work in your favor.
bug in fleet battle
Good small game. Worth to play. Battle stopped and stuck in the middle. For fighters battle cannot finish once stuck.
Ad battle
Watch ads every few battles, then another ad pops up in shop, u lost a battle? Watch an add. Did i win a battle? Watch ads to get all rewards… about to uninstall

Let’s start by yes graphics are great and sound is good. Now tell me how you can pair a small SHIP WITH A LARGE SHIP to battle. DUH ofcourse they’ll lose . Another why is it COINCIDENTALLY a higher power player goes up against me right when I’m about to hit 5 star chest…. It is for this reason I’m no longer playing you PURPOSELY make players lose

It’s a fun game easy to play and it doesn’t require you to use too much brain power so nice and easy when you need to relax

You have daily objectives that is literally “make an in-game purchase” not going to spend money everyday for daily missions. I would avoid!
Gutes Spiel, aber
Ich mag das Spiel überraschend gerne. Man wird nicht gezwungen Geld auszugeben und die Werbung hält sich in Grenzen. Aber das Matchmaking System der Flottenkämpfe ist… ausbaufähig. Ich habe abgesehen von meinem ersten Flottenkampf keinen einzigen gewonnen, weil ich immer gegen 2-3 klassen bessere Schiffe gematched werde, da bleibt der Enthusiasmus für diesen Modus leider einfach auf der Strecke.
Outrageous pay-to-win imbalance
Unfair and no fun playing against players with crystal purchased ships. You need 11,500 crystals to buy just one of the green ghost ships, and it says you can earn them by playing the game regularly. Someone forgot to tell me that trick. I play daily and there is no way to earn that many crystals. Maybe after playing a year or two if you don’t spend it on anything else. When I enter a fleet battle and see 5 of the ghost ships (or the rediculous flame resistant red ones) it just makes the game no fun, and there is no point fighting as the chances of winning are so small it’s just not worth it. So to be equal in terms of ship quality I would have to spend 11,500 x 5 = 57,500 crystals. Do I even need to mention the outrageous amount that would be in dollars? Well, you’d have to buy 5 of the 12,000 crystal ‘crates’, and they are $99.99 each!!! So about $500 for 5!!! That’s freaking insane in a game like this!!! And the number of players that have 5 of those premium ships are unbelievable, or I’m just unlucky and get matched with them all the time. I haven’t bought anything because there would be no point, it wouldn’t make a dent in my matches. Just really frustrating and completely overkill in terms of pay-to-win. Probably the worst I’ve ever seen. Not sure if this gets posted on the app store, but will post it there too.
Concern of privacy
I noticed when I was in the campaign mission board. The mission board was moving to my camera movements, but in the settings, there’s no permission to take away that feature or curse, depending on what it’s used for otherwise so to people downloading this app just know your privacy might be being leaked.

Actually decent
Despite a low number of reviews the gameplay is surprisingly good. Maybe if they put in a review prompt for the App Store they could fix that. Also if they could shorten the game title so it all fits under the icon on the home screen it’ll be even better. All the big games have done this.
Game crashes and progress lost
The game crashes every 4 battles and resets your 5 win streak chest. Then your boat is on a cd because the game crashed. Lots of bugs.

Invasive In App purchases ads
Fairly entertaining game however, very money greedy when it comes to having to repair ships but the worse thing I would say is the invasive In App purchase ads, as soon as you return to the game you are faced with multiple in app extras ads which make you wait till you can click off. This is what lead to me uninstall, if only the ads was less invasive and was just posted on the side instead of filling my screen for 10 seconds per advertisement then l would of continued playing.
