I love this app, but it was so much better before the shelf scan feature was rolled out. It’s so much harder to barcode scan now or add a new item to be analysed and the new feature doesn’t produce good results. Please change it back!

Hay que pagar para ciertas cosas, pero para lo básico y lo que necesitas verificar te lo permite. Esta app está certificada con personas que trabajan con la piel y el cancer. Por otro lado, aún faltan productor por añadir y suele darte marcas que están muy recomendadas, pero estás a veces no resultan las mejores.
Different Rating
I found at least 3 instances of the same products with different ratings and I only searched ~70 products. Can’t trust the ratings.
Useless for K beauty
Every K beauty product I tried was not found. Making this app essentially useless for me.
Best app I’ve tried yet
I’m ngl I spent the money for the year long premium but it’s so worth it I’ve scanned literally every product I own after my face and it gives you a rating on the product based on your skin analysis its amazing there’s also a spot for hair and I’ve never been happier with a beauty app even the free version is good the premium just gives you a full night and day routine with recommended products THEY GIVE PRICES BY THE PRODUCT THEY RECOMMEND MOST OF THE TIMES

This app has helped my skin so much! I had very bad acne before this app and I realized it was because of the products I all of them had bad ingredients. I would just have a 20 out of 10 best app I’ve ever got.

It’s okay it’s a little bit overcomplicated and sometimes doesn’t quite get things but it really helps me improve my skin and there’s a lot of things that it says it does I like the app because it can help my natural skin glow honestly it’s pretty helpful. It just kind of doesn’t do everything you expect it to but it’s okay.

This app gives product recommendations based on small details, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have skin conditions. I have eczema and seborrheic dermatitis, and it suggested that the products I use for my scalp weren’t good, but the alternatives it recommended weren’t better, or could even be worse. It doesn’t consider that silicones can actually help my skin type. Overall, the app’s recommendations don’t seem great for people with complex skin types.

I didn’t know that u Needed to get premium past a certain amount of scans so u was doing my whole skincare routine then I ran out of free scans and my mum doesn’t let me get the premium
Do and don’t like
I love the app and it works really well and helps a lot but I have only used this app for 15mins and now it isn’t allowing me to use or do anything without paying for premium. It wont let me scan unless I use premium, and it wont give me my suggested skincare routine without premium and with won’t even let me see if it’s a match without premium or use the skin helper WITHOUT PREMIUM.

Inaccurate Results and No Refund Support
This app is not with the money. The skincare finder was inaccurate and didn’t function as advertised. When I requested face wash recommendations, it gave irrelevant results. The app also claims it will identify pore clogging, but it missed several ingredient. I tried to request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing and it got denied. So, now I’m stuck with an app that isn’t accurate for the next year. Do not waste your money.
