It’s incredible my hard to find a contact through their app. I made an accidental premium purchase with the last 24 hours and they won’t allow me to have a refund. The languages don’t automatically translate and my location doesn’t have a lot of products available.

L’appli est facile à utiliser, on comprend aisément la notation et les commentaires permettent de savoir si les personnes qui ont utilisé le produit le trouve efficace. Par contre, je préférais largement l’appli avant la mise à jour, lorsque, quand on ouvre l’onglet « discussions », la marque du produit était mise en avant. Maintenant, c’est le pseudo de la personne qui écrit le commentaire, ce que je trouve moins pertinent

es muy util, apoyo el proyecto y el concepto pero tanto la pagina web como la aplicación son extremadamente lentas y crashean. tiene bugs. por favor arreglen eso, ya que la idea es muy muy buena y util y necesaria.

It is incredibly HELPFUL when you immediately throw the boxes away from several products that you get from stores and/or order online and then you don't remember the ingredients or what purpose they were supposed to fill!

J’ai voulu tester l’appli mais ça bloque au scan. Le scanner ne répond pas, j’ai essayé de désinstaller l’appli mais rien n’y fait !
Tri efficace pour recherche
Pratique de pouvoir, trier, par note, Houthem, en ayant les commentaires et une notion de prix en cliquant sur le panier
Les notes ne sont pas cohérentes.
Un exemple sur 40 composants, 30 sont excellents, 6 moyens et 4 mauvais, la note est de 9/20, j’aurais mis 15/20 du coup alors j’aimerais savoir comment les notes sont faites

No funciona
No sé qué han hecho con las últimas actualizaciones pero ahora no hay manera de poder entrar a la app, he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar y nada. Era una app muy buena y que usaba mucho.
Mise à jour a rendu le scan inefficace
Suite une mise à jour majeure il y a 1 an, le scan des codes barres ne fonctionne plus correctement et c’est toujours d’actualité en janvier 2026. Beaucoup de codes ne sont plus reconnus alors qu’ils sont reconnus et lus sur Yuka. Obligée d’aller chercher le produit donc perte de temps. Dommage !

Fonction de suppression du cache
J’adore cette application, mais j’ai dû la désinstaller car, avec le temps, elle occupe de plus en plus d’espace à cause du cache. Serait-il possible d’ajouter une fonction permettant de supprimer le cache afin de libérer de la mémoire?

Ces derniers temps, lorsqu’on souhaite faire une recherche, une pub se lance, mais il n’est pas possible de fermer cette pub pour accéder à la barre de recherche… C’est dommage parce que cette application est très utile !

Bonne appli dans l’ensemble, mais depuis le changement de design impossible de supprimer l’historique sa met a chaque fois « une erreur et survenue », sans compter le nouveau design je le trouve pas trop épuré

Desde hace un tiempo que no aparecen productos de la marca Ringana, y son líderes en cosmética sin tóxicos…ahora no puedo comparar con otras marcas..
Can’t close ads
I used to like using this app, but since the last update any ad that pops up is impossible to close, no matter what you do, thus the app in its current state is LITERALLY UNUSABLE, because the ads pop up before you get to check the score for a product, every single time. Very disappointing.
This App is fantastic! The concept is amazing, the execution is not great.
I really love this app! I use it all the time to make better decisions. I’m trying to implement better routines and product usage for myself. Most of the high-end products I purchase are NOT in the app, which is totally fine. I scan, photograph and add them myself and WAIT for them to be added. Most of the time the products are added after a couple days. 20% of the time they don’t get added. No problem, I just resubmit, they get added. HOWEVER, the names of the products never get added so they’re not actually being added to the database for OTHER people. The beauty of an app like this is you’re getting OTHER PEOPLE to populate your database FOR YOU. Why you would want to charge someone $14.99 a year to do that, I don’t understand. In order to add product names yourself you must be an annual subscriber. So you’re kinda missing the boat on actually adding product information to your database that would most likely be useful for other people. People can’t search for a product by name and get a hit on information a user has added, there’s no name. Having said that, I personally would want to retain control of adding products and product titles to ensure they are being titled methodically, accurately, responsibly and in a uniform matter. But don’t sleep on this app, it’s great!!

Empecé a utilizarla hace poco y me encanta! Lo negativo es que para subir productos que no están ya analizados deberían permitir subir fotos de la galería, ya que muchas veces en el producto no salen los ingredientes (estarían en la caja de cartón) y hay que buscarlos por internet

Ça fait plusieurs mois que l’application bug c’est insupportable. Je n’arrive pas à accéder à l’application, elle est toujours en train de charger. Je dois toujours redémarrer mon téléphone pour que l’appli fonctionne. Je vais la désinstaller si ça continue comme ça.

He visto esta aplicación y la verdad es que esta muy bien que analicen los ingredientes, pero tengo varias preguntas. Las personas tienen un pelo muy diferente, rizado, liso, ondulado, de alta porosidad etc. estos análisis tienen en cuenta el estado de cabello? O es algo más generalizado? Lo digo porque en muchos de los productos te puede poner un 4,9 por ejemplo, sin embargo si lo usas puedes notar que te funciona bien. En qué se basan estos análisis ?

This is the most useful app I have! It’s awesome and reliable and I try to spread the good word to my friends about it. It has the majority of the products I scan, if not I upload photos and they get analyzed in a matter od days. I would suggest to include number of comments as a filter, as that’s something that would be useful to me, as I want to know other people’s opinion on the product. Other than that, just keep up the good work!

Very good app! Provides good and reliable information. The design could still be enhanced. And could be adapted to night mode: currently the background turns black and the names of ingredients remain black too, which proves impossible to read
