Before I got it, it said 12 and up and once I opened the app and put my birthday it put that I need to be 13 you need to change that
Okay, could be better
The app is great at helping you find the areas that need improvement on your skin. I wish there was an option to change how some products are categorized. I have a few makeup products that are listed under skincare as “other” instead of being listed under makeup as “primer” or “setting spray”. Also the product capability chart seems to change by the hour so fixing that would be great. Overall so far it is helpful but with a few improvements I know it can be great.

Every time I do the face scan it will analyze all of the except the last one and it takes long and never approves the pictures, please fix this.

Honestly think that this is an amazing app, very well worth the subscription. I have learnt so much about skincare since installing , some of my favourite features are the skin score as well as being able to add products that are apart of my routine and getting them ranked to see if they are a good match for my skin or not .
Expensive
I really need this app because my skin has been really bad and I have been breaking out and I have really dry skin so I really needed this but I took pics of my face it reviewed it and then I found out I had to pay £60!!! To see what I’m doing wrong and what products i should use and what to do so Im really disappointed because it seemed like a good app but you have to pay a lot so I wouldn’t recommend it if you are on a budget and don’t have money to spend
Useful but AI is broken
It worked well for the first few days - the data it gave me is very useful and provided a reason as to why my skin may have been freaking out. I really enjoy that I can scan all my products to be in the app. However, after maybe 2-3 days of use, the AI stopped working completely. I have sent their support emails, but no response.

This genuinely helped so much at the start. I was thinking oh this is not gonna work. It’s just one of those apps, but my mind was blown. It works so well haven’t got a single bug and it has like everything and it gave me really good things you don’t it’s free and you don’t have to share anything like personal.

now you have to PAY to view all your photos of your journey. no thanks, the app was good before you guys got greedy.
Useful but doesn’t work
I downloaded this app as I thought it would be really useful and help me clear my skin. I suffer with acne and thought this app would guide me to use the correct products that agree with my skin. It asks to take a photo of your skin and supposedly grades it. I have had days where my skin is better and days where my skin is worse but for some reason the app states the same score every day? This is definitely a lie as there have been drastic changes in my skin. The only useful tool from this app is telling you what products are likely to agree with your skin. However my skin type has changed and there’s no way for me to change that on the app? It seems as if all scores and inputs from day 1 are what remain and don’t change. Waste of the money in my opinion. Shame because I really wanted to like this app and recommend it.

Fake Promo
Sent an email offering a trial/free access to the app with a “promo code”, HOLIDAY100, but doesn’t give a place to put in a promo code. Scam!
Costs money
It lets you put in all of your information, like your skin type, current routine, what you want in skincare, and it’s very time consuming. Then it says it’s generating your routine, and it asks you to pay money for it. That’s so stupid honestly just put that at the start instead of wasting peoples times.
Pretty good
I really appreciate the app for not having to pay a whole lot! The option that lets you formulate a routine is extremely helpful as it lets you know what products will not react well together. My only issue was the scanner. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but my freckles got mistaken for pimples so it completely messed up my progress, which of course I get as it’s an ai scan and not a real in-person checkup. However, when I asked the Thea AI chat how to delete scans, it told me to click on the button that scans your face and click a clock, but I didn’t see a clock. (Or a history button which it also said to look for) I also checked whether or not the delete option was just for people with a subscription and it was not. I wasn’t subscribed but I still had all of the abilities it came with. This doesn’t affect me too much but it is quite frustrating since there’s no visible option to delete or flag scans as wrong, and I can also see how people who mainly rely on Thea for the scans would be angry with this issue. Nice app overall, just one very frustrating issue.

It recommends great products for your skin, and tracks your progress. I am noticing improvement. Godsent app

Well I am 10 and I have acne and when I put my b-day date it’s say”we have13 to up” like I still can do skin care and it’s not helpful for me. So Thea if you seeing this can you please make this for kids to

It told me to put my whole routine in which took around ten minutes then it said it costs money.
Love it so far
so far I been using Thea as a place to go to check if my products are compatible with each other. I was looking to add my regular vitamin c serum that I normally buy and learned it was incompatible with my exfoliater since it dries my skin out!! I wish I knew ab this earlier. anyway I love it, it’s very helpful

It says a three day free but then it will charge you and you cannot cancel that subscription so you would have to pay 60 bucks in order to actually get the results you asked for
