Love It!
Love the app and the convenience of the services offered! My only suggestion would be how interactive your services are, we need notification of transactions and the ability to set them up.

I haven’t been able to log into the app for the past three days. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Please fix the app asap!

I love the new app design but it’s 2025 we should get notifications when we receive deposits or do anything on our account we don’t receive notifications regarding anything from this app you constantly have to keep checking and signing in
App Issues and Customer Service
This is either the second or third time that this app has crashed and I have been unable to access my money because you can’t call and talk to a representative on the phone either I probably will be taking my money out of this bank and moving into something a little bit more reliable.
Considering finding a new bank
I’ve had my account a few years now but lately it’s become a not so good experience. Every other month I’m being kicked out the app due to error and credentials and it’s happening more often to the point it’s frustrating. I’ll be closing my account soon

I love the Bank. Don’t like the app because it’s very buggy.
I’ve had this for years, but it could be very annoying because it is very buggy at times and I don’t like when I’m being stalled to be able to get into my app, and I restart my phone over and over again, delete the app to read downloaded to see you, so the bugs are annoying.

Periodically their apps stop working for days up to a week and you can’t login on website or access your account.
Terrible!
I’ve had this account for a few years. The app doesn’t always try s deliver certain functions. Adding an external account is impossible! I called and the recorded message said, “No customer service representatives are available.” I called during their stated hours of operation! No chat feature available in app. My funds are stuck there! I’ve had to go through my external bank. This is unacceptable’

Very horrid app!!! I haven’t been able to get into my app for the last couple days. I can’t unlock my card or used my money.Im definitely switching back to reliable banking and never using Greenwood again
Weird Log-In Issues
Sometimes out of the month there are actually full days where they say my credentials are not allowing me to log in. Whether it is Face-ID or password, this raises a full concern because of how much I’ve invested with stocks through this app.

I have had constant issues with my account, last week they removed ten dollars which seems to have disappeared, on top of that I deposited a check which has now disappeared from my transaction history entirely, the reviews on here are from bots because there is no way anyone actually likes dealing with these problems. On top of that when I call customer service I receive a message saying no one is available EVERY TIME!!!
Had since the start!
Never had any issues with the bank. Deposits were always done on time never had my account breached or anything of that nature. The only issue I have is recently I went to read the privacy policy and the terms and conditions. I could not locate them anywhere on the site. I reached out to customer service and they were supposed to email both documents to me. I only received one of the two. If that gets fixed, I will update my review. Until then I had to pull all my money out of that account.

Worst experience ever
No one answers the phone during business hours in customer service, I can’t transfer money to an external bank, Zelle isn’t available. Greenwood is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Stick to the reputable banks who have been in business many years.
Please fix this
I’ve been unable to add an external account (banking or debit card) via the app or website since I opened this account years ago; just says “something went wrong, Internal Error occurred”. I would love to Take advantage of the savings rates but it’s been too much of a hassle.

Don’t even bother. I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone since choosing the App. They sent me another debit card without me requesting it and without my card on the verge of being expired. I work on the road and have no access to my money!
