I’m not able to access my account and money and this is not a Good experience not being able to access your money
What wrong with the app?
I haven’t been able to login since Saturday. It literally does nothing, can’t even try to login. I’m giving 4 stars because up until now I haven’t had any issues, but not being able to get to my money is a HUGE problem.

It is not like it use to be. I had come to a point when you try to transfer money it will give an error or it’ll look like you didn’t even transfer money which will make what you’re tryna do decline. Please fix it because I’m thinking about letting this app go. It was a time it kept saying error I couldn’t even unlock my money so I had to out everything I was about to buy back because of this app. Please fix it

The Worst Bank Ever
I've been a customer since 2017 and it's been a continuous downhill progression. Currently the ability to send a paper check was taken away and it's not possible to cancel automatic payments. You can't deposit checks 90% of the time. Customer service is overseas and useless. Run away from this bank. Only use them if you are forced to use them.
Card
I wish they had a future when you could see your card virtually while waiting on a physical one. I lost mine yesterday and now I’m stuck.
Need too make a update
I use this as my primary banking recently for the past 2 weeks when I go too unstash some money it just disappears and won’t show back up for a while it’s really annoying
App doesn’t function well
For a while I have been receiving errors when trying to log into the app. Also when trying to transfer money in/out of the vault. This causes great frustration and embarrassment when trying to purchase something and can’t.

I love the fact that you can stash money, no overdraft, and how you can swipe and check your balance without logging in

Save yourself some time and trouble and throw that GoBank card in the trash. Just horrible, horrible service.

The app has serious issues and bugs when you try to transfer funds it will lock up on you

I have had this bank for some years now , loved that they would pay early my check and decent app work . But this last 6months have been nothing but huge issues . There customer service is by far the worst , they sometimes tage long to pick up or on hold for 40min when it says will be 10min . Once on hold you lucky if you get a good agent , Just this last week I have called 4 times trying get issue solve or answer . I have been hung up , talk to for 45 min and then call just drops, one even ignore me while I was trying to talk and just hung up , and when they hang up the process of verifying starts alllll over again . Other con , card replacement takes almost two weeks even if card was stolen , you can’t go to a bank bc it’s not a bank. So don’t have money access. And final the card is not supported in apple wallet

I have been banking with GoBank for over 3 years. It has always been rock solid. I recently got a bonus and realized a majority of it was missing. I called customer service and they stated they were aware of an issue. I was told some funds disappeared from accounts. This is terrifying, our money can’t just disappear. Not sure what is going on with GoBank right now. Need to find another bank.

After all these years I’m going to he going some where. I called and talked to a rude woman three disputes I was told before I would get my money back the 23. Well called yesterday the rude woman was talking over me and told me she doesn’t know when I’m getting it back.

Worst online bank
Absolutely the worst mobile banking experience ever. I was lied to by multiple agents concerning my account. It’s virtually impossible to talk to a live person, chatting with the agents is the only way and none of them can tell you the same thing. I chatted with 5 different agents and all 5 of them had completely different answers to supposed “policies” of GoBank and none of them could help fix the problem. My $3-4k a month doesn’t mean a thing to a company like this but that’s my livelihood and means everything to me and I will be closing my account just as soon as I can tie up all loose ends and make sure not another cent of my money can go to GoBank!!
DO NOT USE unless you have no other options!
Worst mobile banking experience I’ve had. Paid for an INSTANT wire transfer to my GoBank account, did not receive it. Spoke to 4 different customer service reps, the first 3 told me i could not receive wire transfers at all (which i already knew was false), the 4th one said I CAN receive wire transfers, but it will take 5 business days , the same amount of time it would have taken if i did not pay to get it instantly. They hold onto your money, and the people they outsource for customer service don’t even know company policies. They also charge you when you transfer funds from other accounts (cashapp, venmo etc) Will be closing my account as soon as I receive and withdraw my money.
Very bad service
This is a terrible app with awful service. It crashes constantly, has numerous errors, and I can’t transfer money from the vault to my checking account.
THIS BANK IS A SCAM
This “bank” will take your money, and will not answer your calls. They have no real way of contact and always have technical issues. This is people money and this “bank” do not have a single care about it. Also, so many hidden fees! Fees for everything and it’s YOUR hard earned money.
