It could be better with more features in App (in general), better Fraud reporting & start a CC (credit card) reporting to all 3 bureaus of credit. make it easy with different type of cards - (start promoting this)

No Notifications or Update
This app for some reason isn’t updating or giving me notifications I’ve been trying to uninstall and reinstall the app I don’t know what’s happening but the developers need to stop being lazy and check the app it’s been 4 months and no updates? How do you expect this app to run if you arent taking care of it? This is ridiculous
No option to sign up?
When I download the app. I open it and it says “Get started” or “Log in” So I click the get started option. A screen comes up asking if I’m an existing user. (I’m not) and the only answer to choose is that I’m already a customer and just need to get app access. I cannot find anywhere to actually sign up for Porte

App just keeps giving me a loading screen and I’ve been hacked more times than I’m comfortable with. Over all just a horrible experience of pure disappointment and stress. Never recommend to anyone

always in maintenance mode and i cant use my own card or unlock it. also logs me out and has me reset my password more than often enough. also get a service failed message. i have reported and it still happens. this bank and the app is disgraceful. 0 stars if i could.

Try Again Later
I keep getting a “Try Again Later – Unexpected Error” message when trying to log into the app. I’m using an iPhone 15 with the latest iOS version. I’ve tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, and switching networks — but the issue still persists. I’ve contacted support twice over the past month and there has been no resolution or meaningful update. This is extremely frustrating, and it appears that more users are experiencing the same login problem based on other reports. Since there is no alternative way to access or check my account except through the mobile app, this issue needs to be escalated and addressed urgently. The app is currently unusable for basic account access.

I have had this card for a while now and it has excellent service. Easy online management, great customer service.
Worst banking app and customer support
I’ve had my direct deposit onto my Porte account for 18 months. 10 of these 18 months I have been locked out of the Porte app. I have contacted customer service 12 times. My email is current my phone number is current. I have NEVER EVER received a confirmation email or text to let me back into the app regardless of how I try to receive it. Every time I call customer service I’m LIED to and told it’s just an error and it’ll be resolved within 24 hours. It’s been eight months!! I’ve switched BACK to Chime and so has my entire household. There’s absolutely NO BENEFIT TO USING THIS SERVICE.
