yr kia batwn logout karne k bat ya app dubra log in hota he nhi hai bht he ghatiya hai chalta thek hai no doubt but log in py bht zada tang karta hai wrong paswrd wrong id ata hai hmsha ma ne app k andar se. copy kar k paste shyd mujse ghlti hua ho soch but phir b wrong paswrd bata rha wrong id bol rhaa😂😂😂😂
Satisfactory Service
Personally, I feel that the previous color theme, logo, and overall design were much better. The old look had a modern and professional feel that made NayaPay stand out. The new design doesn’t quite have the same appeal. Also, I noticed that in the new app, when we send money to someone, there is no option to share the receipt, which was a very useful feature in the previous version.
Not being able to receive OTP
I’ve been trying to make an account but I’m not receiving any OTP emails

Fraud Alert
So I haven’t using the NayaPay as much I purchase this for Iphone cloud storage. For year ago and use this cor 1 month only and I don’t buy the iCloud storage again but my NayaPay card is bind with my apple ID and there are multiple failed transection did by apple and transactions are not processed. But now thats situation a year ago and now I ordered a NayaPay virtual card and I pay fee so they cut the failed transection fee. And I ask which bank cut the failed transaction fee. They say to improve platform sustainability to users bla bla bla. What the heck is this going straight forward these type of banking apps are white collar thieves shame on you SadaPay.

Not being able to pay my Utility bills
App better than its competitors but not without caveats.
Few problems i have with the app are: 1. No dark mode. 2. Some parts are permanently glitched and I can’t get a physical card out. 3. Customer support is difficult to contact. 4. Customer support doesn’t know how to respond to problems and just ask you to email. 5. They don’t reply to their emails.

The national language of Pakistan is Urdu - yet there is no option to use the app or website in Urdu. کچھ تو خیال کریں۔ ہم پاکستانی ہیں انگریز نہیں
Transaction history and the screenshot
Previous screen shot option and transaction history has the full details of sender but now its hide so we cant see the account no and other this in history or in SS so please chnage the ss system or do the previous one which is perfect 👍

Totally unpaid and unsponsored- NayaPay is just great! The app never crashed. The card is great - payments are never declined. Customer service is easy to reach via chat. It’s everything I could probably ask for. Thankyou!

I made a account for my mom as she is a bit older and when the verification call came i told her the username and the person on the call cut the call rudely never use this app again
Excellent Services, Disappointing Support
I’m one of the earliest nayapay users, but I have to leave it behind as the company does not allow a change in phone number. My previous phone number is unavailable and there is nothing I can do about it. I am just disappointed and sad, because I really valued their service but they don’t have a fix for this problem.

Slow and rude team
The team blames VISA for issues whereas it’s their own team that is slow. The support team is no help either and rude and they are extremely slow responders. They have not been able to resolve the issue of a simple payment reversal well over the standard banking timeline even though the merchant never claimed it

Account Blocked — No Response from Support
My NayaPay account has been blocked over a small PKR 85 transaction, and I’ve received no update despite submitting all proofs. All my money is stuck, and I can’t access my salary or daily funds. If you need to investigate, at least block the disputed amount — not the whole account. Please resolve this urgently.
