Terrible Bank
One of worst banking experience, 100 years behind world banking. Online banking is feels like hitting your head on the wall. Banking app is the slowest among all the banks in Pakistani.

Improve Loading Indicator Visibility on Continue
There is a UX issue in the Allied Bank app. When a user enters an amount and taps **Continue**, there is no clear loading indicator shown on the screen. The loader appears at the top, but it is easy to miss and may not be clear to users that the app is processing the request. Please check this flow and add a more visible loading indicator so the user gets clear feedback after tapping Continue. This should improve the overall user experience.

Poor pathetic service , it takes lifetime to solve an issue
I was using my account regularly in the UK, landed in Pakistan and the moment put in my atm card the account got blocked . Branch said they needed my UK address which I provided and now it’s been a day waiting for the account to be activated , apparently the head office has got “long queue” and I can only send money in and not take it out. If it’s working smoothly it’s okay , if you have something to be done from head office then you have to spend lifetime to sort it out. Very abysmal and pathetic service , no customer service at all. Branch keeps putting every hint go. Head office , call centre keeps putting everything on branch , and you’re stuck in between.

Bank fault Payment utility iesco bills
It is Since two years that I am facing abl utility iesco bills payments. In payees list IESCO does not appear . Each time I pay through one time payment method. All other utility payees like gas and Ptcl appear. Why? You should remove the fault. I have complained earlier but payment problem is still there. More customers are also complying.
Using bank app
I have used so many bank apps but Allied bank is super easy ,very easy to use. Never faced any difficulties in using allied bank. Everything is super fast. Thanks allied bank

Issue in login with IOS
I totally have a great experience with MYABL and I’m using ABL banking from last 12 years. However, from last quarter Every time when I login to myABL I need to go through the process of verifying my finger prints and the process didn’t be successful. Visited the branch for device verification but till facing the same issue.
Make the app user friendly
Hi Team Please update your app and make it user friendly. Add features to it so one doesnt need to call your helpline for simple matters. Thats the whole point of having a banking app. Please learn from other banking apps. Eg Commonwealth Bank Australia, we can use it effectively from anywhere in the world and allows us to continue managing our accounts. Make improvements so overseas Pakistanis can utilise there accounts from overseas. Also upgrade touch id. Seems to be not working for quite sometime now. All the best guys.

Its been months I opened an account, tried many times to register on MyAbL app, still unable to do that due to OTP issues, sent emails to support and they did nothing other than saying reinstall app or clear cache, thanks for letting me know this , but every one knows these basics things, Try to dig deep the issue and resolve it. Without internet banking or app bank accounts are useless these days.

Complications while operating this app
I have used other banks applications even in Pakistan but i found ABL application very poor. I have lost myself somewhere in application and now trying to figure out but i don’t know how does it work. I am using Common wealth bank application here in Australia and it is giving everything that i need and i never felt of need calling or visiting any banking representatives. Please improve it for your customers ease .
It worked fine until
I’ve had a few hiccups here and there, but overall, it worked fine for most of the time I’ve used it. Recently, however, I’ve been facing some issues with the app related to my FC account, and they remain unresolved. It’s been several weeks now, and I’m still stuck. I’ve filed a complaint not only through the website but also via email but no progress. I hope to update my review as soon as the issue gets resolved.

Abl banking app is not working properly internationally when we open the app so they are too much loading it doesnt open beside another banking app is working smoothely kindly please fix this problem alot of people are facing this problem speacially in uk.

No OTP, money is stuck inside bank account!
I’m not getting OTP sent to my email! My money is stuck in my bank if I knew I would have used another bank!! I have the same email from last 6 years, used to get OTPs from MyABL on it all the time until June 2024, suddenly now I am not getting! I can’t transfer money or do ANYTHING without OTP! Do I have to spend thousands of rupees, buy a ticket to Pakistan, come and sit in the office and bring my whole family and pray together infront of your office to get a call back from you guys? I’ve already sent emails to allied banking and still haven’t heard anything back.

In this age of digitalisation, ABL has a poor app and website for login credentials and managing other services via app.
About App
Good app with a major issue that it does not allow to login with mobile data but only with Wifi connection (in my experience). Same issue even trying on different devices.
Unlimited loading
The application seems to be not working since yesterday. I’ve been trying to run the application but it’s just not working. Taking longer than ever to login. Please fix this.
