It’s a website wrapped into an app. Frequently down.
Complicated
Your app is not user friendly. Because I am partial colour blind. When I try to enter my PIN to login I can’t see the numbers I entered.
Why these ads on the App?
Developers and Executives—consider that people use your app for their transactions and most of the time those are urgent. We cannot spend a couple of minutes reading a stupid ad when we are in a situation where we have to urgently transfer money. Use your heads (if only at times).
Tap for instant OTP
Otp enter by typing feature is not working. Please fix that issue. I wouldn’t able to use the tap for instant otp feature.

UBL Application Better than alfala
i used ubl Application & better than Alfalah application.ubl transfer limit is 10 million in one day. & Transiction details much better than alfalah.
Bank name is not in list
While transferring the amount there is no option of sindh bank in the column of select bank.

Add option to enter OPT manually
Great app, but needs to add option to enter the OTP manually instead of auto sense. Think of the users who live abroad, it took me 1 day to get the OTP on roaming.
Not very friendly
Important features are annoying. Two passwords one on sms other on email, every time you transact. Not easy to find your monthly statement.
Mobile packages
There is no ufone packages. There should be packages in the app so we can enjoy the benefit from it.

Simplify, don’t complicate
I don’t doubt your intention to facilitate customers but that shouldn’t happen in a digital silo. I cannot find the credit card details anywhere in this update.
New Update Issues
New Alfa app update is slow and doesn’t connect when it’s needed however I have got fast internet connectivity yet it says failed to login internet connection error. Pathetic kindly work on it.
Improvement for Beneficiaries section.
You must have to add edit name option and remove beneficiaries anytime from the app.

The most pathetic user experience, 1. Can’t log in on 2 devices (what are people with more than 1 phone supposed to do??) 2. Certain features don’t even work it keeps showing request time out error 3. T pin activation was so annoying to get done, had to attempt multiple times

Such a handy facility but awful
It is a great help and facility to use this app while sitting abroad but most of the time this app is lagging quite a lot and sometimes takes ages to login and do it does for using any service on this app. I don’t usually writes reviews but today when I wanted to use this app for some urgency in back home it is was still playing up quite a lot such a shame

Dear Alfa Support Team, I am writing to report an issue with the Alfa iOS application. Unfortunately, the app crashes every time I attempt to open it, preventing me from using its features or accessing my account. Despite restarting my device and reinstalling the app, the problem persists, and it has become highly inconvenient. Here are some details that may help with troubleshooting: I'm using iPhone 15 pro max with it's latest iOS version App Version: latest version of the Alfa app installed Error Details: The app crashes immediately upon launch with no error message. Could you please investigate and provide guidance on resolving this issue? Alternatively, if a fix is being worked on, could you share an estimated timeline? Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. I'm very upset and hope so if this problem remains as it is, I'll change my bank because of this problem

This app is absolute junk. When credentials are entered to log in a new screen at the bottom showing ‘Alfa’ and further below appears OK to be clicked to proceed further. No message whatsoever as to what is is required before clicking ok. When you click ok it goes back to unlogged position. There should be at least some message as to what is the issue that requires to be responded to by clicking ok. I would rate it as no star if there was an option for it.

Alfa can do much better. The transaction authorisation needs to be either email OR SMS. Not both. Too much of a hassle this way. The same app is used for conventional, Islamic and premier customers. So there’s always a glitch in changing colours for each type of customer. Some features are restricted for Islamic customers. They shouldn’t be showing if they’re restricted.
Amazing new app, features are reorganized
At first I couldn’t find my favorite ktrade top-up feature but after exploring the app I found it. Glad it is still supported

I am baffled by the lack of support for ios/ipad0s26. All other banking apps got their updates but Alfalah as always is behind.
