Functional, But Poor User Experience
The app is functional, but the UI/UX needs a lot of work. The worst part is that the bank literally called me asking for a 5-star App Store rating. A bank should focus on improving its app and customer experience first, not asking customers for perfect ratings
Feedback
1. The app takes a longer time in loading as compared to to other banking apps 2. It would be better if there will be an option to turn payment into installments within the app.

I’m having issue regards Login.. through 18 august to still going on… when i enter my login username and password the app is going buffer.. and i do not enter in the app…

When ever you are sliding to the right to confirm the transaction it does not slide fully you have to use two fingers it is glitchy and hard to use, please fix this ASAP.

Sometimes it takes more time in fetching data and it annoys 😖 I’m not sure which data it is fetching on opening the app , before entering my credentials, other wise this app is ussr friendly and easy to use

The app is extremely slow. It takes almost 2–3 minutes just to open, which is very frustrating. The performance needs significant improvement. Please optimize the app for faster loading and a smoother user experience.

Shocking, even for. Pak bank
This is a shockingly bad banking App. Slow, terrible layout . NO CONTACT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE DETAILS ! Their website is equally poor! Would have given zero stars. They must have employed absolute baboons to make this and their website, which going by other Pakistani website and apps are extremely poor, inefficient and just incredibly amateurish!

You haven’t been able to make this app bug free for the last four years. The biometric feature doesn’t work on iPhones. I had to call customer service to get it waived just to sign up. Every time I change my device, I have to go through this terrible process again.

Before this update this application was pathetic, bank itself is ok for routine banking service so I was hoping that after new update this application will be better. But it’s even worse the loading time of app and error on almost all services. Disappointing

Just as the services of the bank are good the app of Faisal Islamic is also very good Its services are good I would tell all the people that they should open as many accounts as possible in Faisal Bank.

There is no issue in account opening yes.
Terrible app
Worst app I’ve ever used by far. Nothing works - extremely frustrating. A lot of bugs and app keeps freezing and crashing. It amazes me that a bank at this level doesn’t have an app that works. Very disappointing.

This new version has reset my username and password, now i even don’t remember my username and password 😩… what u guys have done?
Updated version poor performance
The app is now fancy looking and most important features are easily accessible on the main screen. BUT transfer amount automatically converts to 1 digit ( 5000 -> 5 and 100/1000 -> 1), no idea what is wrong and how to fix it!
