Unfortunately, I have book appointment with Dr. Mariam through phone call and they ask me do you have insurance before booking? I told him I don’t have insurance. I am cash payment once I reached to the to health and screen a clinic with Dr. Fatima The reception told me you should not come here because only we accept insurance The questions why when I book through the phone and I told him I don’t have insurance they booked me for this appointment Hey Siri, very bad experience with Bein medical city
Why change a perfectly functioning app
The app was always organized clearly and it was easy to see everything and use. Now it’s like a puzzle you have to solve, the main page itself it full of useless things and what is most used in an app is in little corners you have to find. Plus it’s crashing and glitching, i log in with UAE pass and it logs me out right after and says invalid. How is it it invalid when it’s my UAE pass??? Who approved this new design?? Don’t fix what is not broken

Availability
The application isn’t available outside UAE which we needed to share the prescription, medical reports..etc with doctors aboard!!!

While tried to register a patient it throws error something went wrong. Plus for kids if they are mapped to parents phone number you can’t register them.Required proper knowledgeable developers to properly develop this. Seems novice developer developed it

There is no option to select LLH Abu Dhabi , how do i see this in the app , is there any other app for it specifically

Please fix the login limits
I appreciate how speedy the app updates are but a login limit per day doesn’t make sense given how often the app logs you out and how often this information needs to be accessed when you’re in hospital accessing different services and reports. Please consider changing the limit, especially and at least for UAE pass logins.
One of the best hospitals
Very good Doctors and well caring nurses and other related staff. Nothing less than any five star rated hotels treatment provided
Cannot access the lab reports
The app version before was good but its lot of issues and even cannot download the report
Subpar
Non native UI. Slow. Very slow. Unintuitive interface. More often than not I book appointment over the phone or choose a different provider.
Limited logins
How come a hospital app has limited logins? Its not like am logging into someone else’s account 😒How can i see my reports or book appointments when this app does not open😡

This app is real struggle
The app has so many issues. Even after authorization logs you out. No of login are limited which is strange for medical app. No stability.the app. Developers should test before launching any feature.

Crash
Application successfully login from UAE PASS but while fetching data atonce it logs out and navigate back to starting Signup page. Note: previously from 5-6 months am using the app and it’s working fine.

Constant Crashing
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but every time I try to create an account the app crashes. I do receive a verification code! But it no longer is any good as I have nowhere to input it. I see someone had a similar issue about a year ago???

A daily limit should not be set for this type of healthcare application. Instead, consider allowing a single login session to remain active for several hours or for the entire day.

I was so pleased with the whole process of being taking in to emergency, my problem being diagnosed (atrial flutter) my procedure (catheter ablation) and the aftercare. I can’t imagine being treated better. Best Regards. Geoff Iredale
App improvement
Did you test all functionalities of the App and make sure they are working before releasing ? Example, I cannot change my nationality, showing appointments is slow, seeing appointments in main screen is not working, when registering application kept crashing
Pretty bad app
Every time you need to login and every time it takes you to update the app. Fix it once and for all!
Not at all customer friendly
Each time asking mobile number, password and OTP it’s too time consuming and mostly in the night time OTP is not coming too

Comments to develop the application
Each time sent you a verification code via sms although i select login by password, plus not able to register more than one user with same mobile number , it should allow us since it is not same emirates ID. Some time you need to register yourself and other family members with same number. Moreover result for x-ray and blood test not shown in the application compared to other hospitals’s application
Good app except for three things
One: The login process is simply crazy. One has to enter the phone number and password EVERY time the app is launched. It does not remember the credentials nor does it support facial recognition. Why??? Two: I can understand having to enter the password (birthdate) to open the lab reports (pdf) if received via email. But why is this necessary to enter the password to view lab reports in the app when one is already authenticated? They are not thinking about user experience. Three: the app does not work 70% to 80% of the time. Most of the time, it goes into wait state waiting for OTP which never comes therefore cannot login in. Even the UAEPass authentication does not work. Wonder if anyone is paying attention to make sure all the services are up and running? The rest of the functionalities on the app are pretty good…if you are able to login. I really like the ability to make appointments using the app…but unfortunately due to the OTP issues unable to use the app.

This hospital has worst service I have ever seen. They give appointment at 6:30 and make you wait for one hour for no reason. If you cannot attend 10 people at same time then don’t give them the appointment.
