Bought an Isdin fotoultra redness sunscreen from this app, it was delivered on time but it had no seal, the packaging was such that it was difficult to make out that this product is new or used and the consistency of the sunscreen was so weird and it was yellow. Checked online and it didn't match what isdin was showing on its YouTube channel. Tried returning, it's been a week of waiting but there customer care is pathetic and noone picks up the call no response on WhatsApp as well so far. Stuck with this pathetic thing which was worth 160 AED.

Pls Dont make the mistake of downloading and making order from this App. 60 mins promised order took 7 days and still its not yet delivered 3 times escalated.
Unable to book appointment
Tried to book an appointment for a doctor and the app doesn’t process the booking even after selecting all necessary fields, I have booked the appointment through call center.

I have raised a concern against my aster app appointment booking 3 months back & still now the issue is not resolved, Also when i am enquiring about this they are still escalating this issue & resolution is happening, very bad experience.

No option to add patient with Border number
There is no option to add anyone using the border number; therefore, the data cannot be synced with the hospital records. For new arrivals, insurance is usually linked to the border number rather than the passport until the Iqama is issued.

Full of inconsistencies
I found the app is full of bugs and not tested for fundamental flow breaks . I booked an appointment today , opting to deliver medicine , after the appointment is made . After consultation , the appointment itself is not listed . Pharmacy has not received the prescription. But I got all the sms . This is what happens when you are fixated on look and feel and not the functionality of the app

I had submitted return and refund on same day delivered, but they haven’t collected return product more than 2week , i contacted there customer support many times they were also giving any updates properly

never book early morning appointments specifically 715, in Alshab clinic. I arrived @ 7am. guess what the whole clinic was in dark first staff arrived @ 712. until now no one on counter

I ordered express because I needed the item urgently. The order was supposed to arrive within 60-90 mins. 1 hour has passed and the order status has not moved from processing to out of delivery or preparing whatever the next step is. I lost patience and decided to buy it elsewhere where they can deliver fast. I cancelled my order and I want my refund

Refund not received after multiple follow ups
Made Home physio appointment through app, App shown some error but the amount got deducted 1075aed, contact customer care multiple times and send mail, they said it takes two weeks but even after two working weeks not refunded the amount, upon checking after two weeks they said it is refunded but not received any refund. There is no way to contact them, even customer care very poor response, they randomly connect to different department and no proper response. Nobody contacted me till now. It is not a small amount. Very disappointing and poor service. Still i am looking for my refund

Useless and Painful app
One of the most painful apps to use for omni channel. Haven’t come across such poor user experience in the recent past across ANY app. User onboarding needs to be built from scratch. Email verification doesn’t work. EID scanning doesn’t work. Prescription of the clinic are not visible in the App. Couldn’t get poorer in customer experience

placed an order for a vitamin supplement this morning through the myAster app. At checkout, it clearly showed a 30-minute delivery time. However, it has now been almost 12 hours and the order still hasn’t been delivered. Very disappointing experience and misleading delivery commitment. I hope the team looks into this and improves their service.

On January 22, I went to your new Shahama location to purchase three boxes of sixty Vensomil tablets. I was only able to obtain one, and the remaining two boxes were requested to be picked up on January 25. Despite having paid for the entire purchase, I have yet to receive the remaining two boxes. I've phoned multiple times and get the same response. We'll check and give you a call back, but sadly, there has been no response. This is actually frustrating
