App team, please allow us to change the font and the color of background of app, currently its very small font and very difficult to read also the color of backgrounds app.

Logout issue
App gives notifications but while open from there need to log in again. Frequently getting logout if not used for a long & get logout is logical. Pls rectify so u will get 5 star rating for overall.

Worst ever application
Very disappointing experience with the NAS Insurance app. It needs serious improvement: 1. It asks for an OTP every time I log in and takes ages to load. 2. The app is extremely slow—sometimes you click something and wait minutes for it to respond. 3. “Null error” messages appear frequently. 4. Notifications are broken; even after selecting read/unread, the notification list appears blank. 5. Information and data are not displayed properly. 6. In many sections, I simply cannot see the required information. Overall, the app is practically unusable. It honestly feels like the app was never properly tested before release. NAS should seriously consider fixing these basic issues or rebuilding the application properly. At this point, shutting down the current app and investing in a properly developed one might actually save everyone time and money.

Poor Interface, every signup needs and otp from email. Needs a tour everytime after logging in after all these hurdles

This app doesn’t work, when I press the button for appointments nothing happens, I can’t make an appointment. Often doesn’t load my data when I open the app, so I have to restart it multiple times. I can’t search for doctors as it says no data found.
