Never ever use their pharmacy delivery
Consulation is fine but never ever use their delivery option if you need the medication now they will deliver it after hours and they give request to pharmacy which is far away even though pharmacies are available nearby.. so better go to a clinic and then get medicines by hand rather than this useless

Disappointed
Charged for a sick leave paper and not was not valid. I was not even offered or discussed the option of a Ministry sick leave that is the appropriate one. Not recommended sorry.
Medicines delivered later
The platform is highly efficient and provides a convenient way to communicate with doctors confidently. However, there has been a consistent delay in medicine deliveries, which are usually scheduled for the following day. The pharmacists have mentioned that this delay is due to the limited availability of only one delivery rider, making same-day delivery difficult. I hope this concern can be reviewed and addressed to improve the overall service experience

Right from consultation and medicine delivery everything was smooth. I would prefer this app over going to clinic

Application crashing
After the recent update, the app doesn’t open at all. As soon as I open the app, it crashes. Not able to open or use the application after the update
It doesn't work
Insurance addition form under profile has some issues. After giving correct info it gives error, development should check this technical issue - might be because birth date selection reversed or some other reason. Not able to use it.

Managed to use it once to call for an appointment but after that, the app just shuts down a few seconds from opening it

Senselessly Misinformed
My doctor approved the ABCD1 genetic cheek swab for ALD as my 61 year old sister was recently hospitalized for motor ailments in her legs. My niece is a carrier and so are three of her children, two of the boys have to undergo MRIs for ALD. Why is Tru Doc telling me the test is available in Dubai and Sharjah but not Fujairah???it’s cheek swab that is mailed to the lab in the USA. My Dr. Samara at Al Sharq has already approved. Daman tells me they will approve, it just needs to come through Tru Doc. I have sent the medical report to Daman, Tru Doc and Dr. Samara showing my my family member is carrying the genetic marker.

Great service fast and easy , app can’t locate closest clinic thought . I tested it as it’s next to my building but didn’t come up even tho it’s covered. The rest is perfect
