Much faster and better experience
I have been using SmartCare app for a while and must admit that the new version is a huge improvement. Everything feels much faster and the overall experience is so much better. Great job in making the app more friendly.
Bugs, Crashes, slow app
The app doesn’t work properly, takes a lot of time to login, a lot of bugs, crashes, did not manage to submit the reimbursement through the app, had to apply from the desktop website

Make loading little fast
I am really annoyed with this landing page.. every time I open the app, I have to swipe 3-4 times , click on login button again. Painful If I enable FaceID, why don’t you let me go inside the app quickly. Why is this welcome screen again and again? Very annoying experience.

I like to highlight that the Cigna insurance is unique compare with other insurance, service and approval are done fast and it’s easy to use the app.
Sign in doesn't work
UAE is not the whole of Middle East. Can't even sign in. Cheapening out on user experience is very telling about Cigna. The best thing about the company is their sales team 😞

App design is cool but everything is sooooo slow. To open any page is too long and I'm using the latest iPhone on very high speed connection. Also app logo is a bit meh, it’s always hard to find the app visually between other ones

As big a name it is worldwide, however the policies and the benefits aren’t at par with counterparts. The customer service is appalling and deserves a massive improvement. Highly unrecommended. Very disappointing at their service.
Barely working
Most of sections don’t work, showing a “data not found” message. Pretty disappointing compared with other insurance apps
App could better
The app could be better. First look; font size way too small, no option to resize it. No option in settings to use face ID and or UAE Pass others have it and very useful. Furthermore, E-card image is not sharp. A PDF or high-res version could do nicely. Keyboard pops-up way up and covers most text entey fields. Please update app to be more user friendly. UI&UEX team could do better. Otherwise a good app.
App closing unexpectedly and incorrect focus
When I want to read a response on claim and I tap on the response, the app closes. Also, when I eventually manage to get into the response, I can see what I am typing. The focus of where I an typing sits behind the keyboard. It does not move above it.

Customer care very slow, it is almost 7 minutes hearing your call is important us. Still no answer

Hi There, The font size are very very small and need to be increased and also the hospitals are also not listed so that we direct go to the approved Hospitals.

Very slow to refresh and not very intuitive or easy to use. Too many keys for the same options or subject. It needs to be more simplified and user friendly.
Bad experience
This app need too much work to be usable. - loading takes long time - i am not able to download any documents - there is no contact us email to send questions, you need to chat with automated chat bots

Not user friendly. Check daman app much better. The phone numbers u have u cant click on them and call. Just screen shot and many other issues.
