App need enhancement
I had got 2 pcr test in DSO drive through and both are not reflecting in history. Even if PCR testing is done by third party It is under FHU and thus FHU owns the responsibility. Secondly to add insurance policy, application required picture of health card. Now a days physical cards are not issued and punched on Emirates ID. Please provide some alternative solution.
Terrible app
Most of the time your app does not work. At least the creator of app should check if the created app is worth putting online.
Horrible.. OTP never delivers
Perhaps it only worked the first time I installed it, but never after since we don’t get past the login screen.. OTP NEVER DELIVERS, no matter by EID or MRNO.. Simply useless.. Reported several months ago and still not resolved. Uninstall and reinstall doesn’t solve anything!!

Before i would say the app was great. However now i can’t even make a simple appointment like before

Whenever I need it, it is not working as happens today. Hope someone is checking it because even i could not find a channel to report this issue. Just to help you; when launched it stucks on fetching configs. Fyi
Intuitive App
Special thanks to Dr. Mayada for her excellent approach and dentistry skills. FUH Hospital is thee place to go if you have Dental Problems or have a general fear of dentists!
Very poor UI and features
Very difficult to navigate the app, the cards are not user friendly at all. The UI feels so outdated. Plus the app doesn’t have any instructions to guide the patient e.g. after you book an appointment, is the patient supposed to register at the counter?
