Terrible service! Have just moved over to this provider and so far, after an ankle sprain with tendon issues no drugs have been approved including pain medication and swelling reduction. Will look to move providers again if these guys can’t get their act together

Contains some good information but certainly not complete. For example, if hospital submits a pre-approval request, there is no way of seeing the request in the app.
Approval History Tab Not Loading Properly - Pharmacy Approvals Not Visible
This application by GIG Insurance has a recurring issue. When navigating from the main page to the approvals tab, the approval history sometimes appears and sometimes does not appear at all The only way to fix it is to close and reopen the app, which is quite frustrating. This bug needs to be resolved to improve usability. There is a missing feature in this application by GIG Insurance. Pharmacy approvals are not visible in the approvals tab. Every time the pharmacy sends a request for medication, it does not appear in the app, so users cannot track or review it. This feature should be added so users can view their pharmacy approval history.

Resubmit issue
When the claim rejected the system doesn’t show the reason of rejection and we cannot upload additional documents and resubmit the claim . Before whenever I submit claim it will show the claim in app directly now it shows the date without the claim it self!!

Easy to do it. Very convenient.
Misleading information
Be careful as the locations that show are supported on the app are then declined. Difficult to trust as feels like finding a reason to decline a claim.

Worst user experience. Have been trying to submit a claim since morning, but the app hangs Everytime and crashes. When I restart the app> go to submit claim> my details are all blank. Have to repeat the same drill again. It's a never ending nightmare

I approached mediclinic for dental pain. They turned me down by telling your insurance is not available for direct billing

Worst insurance ever they always keep waiting the patient and reject the claim I’m suffering from high. Fever they even give me the COVID test approval they say something and do something Never recommended
