There is no consistency in the App. Information is available sometimes but often No information is available under View Limits or Claims Information tabs. App closes when I select Insured Guide tab. Please correct these issues.

Worst app
They asked me to verify my identity on KUWAIT ID application and when I do they ask me to register with my Civil ID but it keeps showing “Invalid Civil ID” — How come? If my civil ID was invalid how could I have gotten the verification notification on the first place? Horrible application.

Blank pages
There is a problem with the “View Limits” tap. Once you open it, the criteria is blank. You can only see the “total limits” and “used limits” in numbers, but you cannot see the criteria to which each number or limit is attributed to.

تلاعب بالتامين
معظم المتقاعدين استخدمو البرنامج لمتابعة المبالغ المخصومة وللاسف هناك مبالغ مخصومة والمريض لم يراجع العياده بالتاريخ نفسه وعند الاتصال بشركة التامين الرد غير مقنع علما بان معظم الاشعات والمناظير ترفض من قبل الشركة والاسباب غير مقنعه للاسف تلاعب عالمتقاعدين لصالح من ؟!!!! والبرنامج يعمل فقط عند التنزيل بعد ذلك يخرج تلقاء نفسه عند الدهول مرة اخرى نرجو معالجة الوضع

لايوجد اي استفادة من البرنامج المطالبات لاتظهر ولاتوجد اي تفاصيل يمكن الحكم من خلالها بصحة المطالبة ومبالغ غير معروفه لماذا دفعت
