CCAD App
I love using the and through it having available for me most relevant in for concerning my visits, medications, appointments and most importantly direct messaging with my doctors. it saves tons of time and allows me to stay apprised of all my medical matters via my telephone.

Although I came on time I waited more than 40 minutes to see the doctor but without hope that end up going to other hospital

Appointment issues
The patient portal only allows limited appointments with just a few doctors. Most of my doctors have to be scheduled by calling the operators and holding. It would be so more convenient to be able to make multiple appointments on the same day in the App instead of calling and taking up so much of the operators time to try to manage more than one appointment on the same day.
Too Busy to Handle Patients
The hospital needs better administration to handle patient follow up and medicine handing and delivery

نحاول تكرار الادويه ولكن تأخذ وقت طويل جدا للتكرار من قبل الطبيب ولا يوجد تواصل مباشر بين مريض الزراعه و طاقم الزراعه الطبي في المستشفى

I had two surgeries and have no regrets of using the doctors at Cleveland! Never had an issue with them.

New App not as good as previous one
I used to get all my test results immediately at the same time as my doctors. Now they take days and even took an entire week once, before showing for me in the App... yet the doctor was able to access them. I must take these lab tests for every appointment every 3 weeks and it’s frustrating that I can’t see my results. Please correct this in your next update.

شكرا علي التطبيق الممتاز وعندي اقتراح لينال النجمه الخامسة الا وهو امكانية طباعة نتيجة التحاليل الطبيه من داخل التطبيق بدلا من طلبها من خلالكم بعد ملئ النموذج وارساله لكم ثم يتم ارسال النتيجه من خلالكم لنا لكي نستطيع طباعتها ونفس الامر للتقارير الطبيه بصفه عامه يجب امكانية طباعتها من داخل التطبيق
Do not like new app
Previous app much better. This app does not have Face ID and is cumbersome.
New version not as good
There is no option to search and book a specific doctor, some specialities are missing, like the eye clinic.

UAEID Scan issue.
Could not book an appointment as app requested to scan ID then when i submitted it gave me error (The operation couldn’t be completed bad request error 400.)

Doctor Appointment/Visit
Doctor A. Seher Ahmad (MD), continues to work her magic. ICU stay
Please maintain decorum of ICU. Patient relatives were making noise and hospital admin could not stop them. Staff chitchatting entire night outside patient room and was instructed not to close door of the room.
Crashes on startup even on iOS 13.5
Update: version 3.2.3 still crashes on startup I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times and demonstrated the crash to the staff at Cleveland clinic. Sadly I doubt anyone reads these comments to resolve the issue. At least they still maintain their website. The app used to be the most helpful app. However post the recent updates it crashes on startup. Hope someone is looking at this and gives it a closer look as to the reason for its crash. Note this is the only application that crashes and all others work just fine

Very difficult to book an appointment with a specialist
Good App Until it was Totally Useless
It was a great app for me until 2 days ago. I got an error message that my password had expired, but there is no way to update the password. “Forgot password” button does not work. There is also no way to get tech support help 🤬
Does not work
App repeatedly required me to fill out captcha and never let me past the sign up phase. Not surprising that CCAD has an app that works about as well as its appointment and customer service offices.
