Kindly update the App it’s not working
App is useless outside UAE
App cannot be accessed outside UAE. Called MOHAP and emailed them many times but offered no definite resolution. It’s very ironic that UAE employs foreign international professionals but app is only available inside UAE only. You need to update your app. It’s garbage.

If only mohap could add easy access to the medical history or file, add another tap for medical appointments and tests, that would be extremely helpful!
Does not open
Down loaded app to request some medication to bring in for holiday and app just a blank page does not work 😠😤
UAE PASS LOGING
You have to improve the application to be open using UAE PASS .
DOES NOT WORK!!
Cannot log in, very frustrating. Agent direct you to website help desk rather than assist with basis log on instructions or resend reactivation code!!
Can’t use it.
I desperately need a permit for my medication but the app or website are both messed up.

Cannot register. As a British citizen I would like to state the medication I intend to bring to UAE (granted only in transit/connection). Website says my username is either invalid or already exists regardless of what combination I enter. App asks me for my emirates ID which I obviously don’t have. This is very poor considering how strictly prescription medication for I’ll health is taken in the UAE - you need an efficient system!
Login fails
Using same credentials as my Website account, login fails with ‘invalid credentials’.
Inoperable
Cannot even be used. Embarrassing.
