Bad delivery timing
I have been waiting for my medicine and agreed on a time to deliver, they delayed the delivery and that made me frustrated.

I have ordered medicine on May 29th, and it's approved by insurance , after 7 days also they are not delivered ..

Its very slow and most of the time shows blank pages. When I order, it doesn’t shows my order in the section so I can’t know the update.

Long procedure and no help
I called nd wasted time nobody wanted to reply about the med availability they told me to do steps nd upload a prescription when I followed up they said we will ask the supervisor for it two days later they notify in the app medicine out of stock they know very well nd were informed that I urgently need it nd that I have a threatened pregnancy. Life of people unfortunately is not important in organizations that are supposed to provide healthcare. Very shameful how morals have declined

Used it for the first time and already had lots of issues just getting my profile uploaded. I’m waiting for over 24 hrs now to get my medicine delivered and cannot get hold of anyone to help. It’s extremely frustrating.

There is no less star then one. That’s why choose. Too much slow.. many time I have to close the app and see. Last 2 days to view my prescriptions I am struggling with this app
