Raquel Yangco has been taking care of our newborn son for over a month. She has extensive experience caring for newborns and already taught us many tips and techniques to make sure our son is comfortable and happy. Raquel is professional, punctual, friendly and can always make our son laugh. We are so lucky to have had her support and we would recommend her to anyone in need of help with their parenthood journey.

Bad communication
I would advise users of the Dardoc app to be cautious when using the service to hire a nanny. While I found a good nanny through the app, there were some issues with the app's customer service and communication. They failed to inform me when they stopped working with my nanny's agency and also sent a new nanny to the wrong address, despite I having updated the address in the app. In both situations, it took some effort to get a resolution and the manager was rude in handling the matter. So, if you decide to use Dardoc, make sure to double-check all details and communicate clearly with the app's customer service team to avoid similar issues.

Good services but…
I’m getting tired of their promotional spam via push messages. Now getting like 2 or 3 a day. No way to opt out so you either risk missing important messages from your nurse.

After doctor call doctor said there pharmacy will call but no body call and they have charge 149 just for a call with doctor it’s all lie

System glitch
Either the app is just a front, since after you book the appointment and you get a confirmation, they will call you and tell you that there is a glitch in their system and the time slot is not available and they give you time slots which is not convenient and then offer you a next day of slots…trying to call or reach customer service is also not possible, with all the ai features and call back option which also has a glitch…app looks nice and a lot of promises , not delivered. Hope they can improve the glitches and customer service…
Most professional App I have used in UAE
By far the most professional application in uae customer service has been outstanding, always on time , hygiene wise is the best . The nurse has been very professional in the 5 times she provided the services. I want to thank Ariene Jade Aguilando most professional nurse . Thank you

The app is in Arabic and I can’t switch it in English. I can’t understand anything so had to delete it
Superb baby care
I want to thank dardoc for assigning me Gerlie ocomen to look after my baby. She is by far the best caregiver i ever hired . She is very professional ,punctual and geniunely caring person . She is very friendly and experienced in dealing with babies. She learned everything i needed to teach her about my child within 2 days period. I highly recommend any parent to hire her and i guarantee that your child will be in excellent hands.

I’m in the UAE on a visitor visa from the USA and I’m using DarDoc to schedule periodic PCR tests for Alhosn Green Pass compliance and peace of mind. Very easy to schedule and the app will send push notifications when your appointment is confirmed. The first time I made an appointment my nurse was a few minutes late (understandable with the COVID situation right now!), and I just wanted to make sure that my appointment went through. I called them and they immediately knew who I was and assured me that the nurse was on her way. The staff is efficient and professional, and they meet their promises on PCR result timing.
No professional services
I thought due to the high price the services will be professional , its just expensive !!
Really useful service
Needed a PCR test without leaving home and the service from start to finish was outstanding. We even had an error where I provided the wrong EID and the customer service in organising it was exceptional. I would use again.
