Stops working after a while
Ridiculous. The camera device no longer works on my app. I have tried so many different ways to troubleshoot this, to no avail. Not worth or download.

機能としては便利に使用している。 ただ、眩しい。 前は、携帯の明るさが優先されて画面が見れていたのに、強制的に最大の明るさになるようになってしまい、目が潰れそうになるほど眩しい。 ここさえ改善してもらえれば文句は無し。
Doesn’t steal data
After the reading the reviews I got a bit freaked out this was going to try and steal my data or something, but people are just not paying enough attention when opening the app. Yes it does request to access other devices, a simple no disables that request. The WIFI thing is where people aren’t paying attention. It doesn’t want to connect to your wifi it wants you to connect to the “wifi” created by the device so your phone can be used as a camera while you stick the scooper in your ear. It doesn’t use Bluetooth to connect, but rather creates it own hotspot in a way so you can see inside your ear using your phone. MAN am I glad I did, I had a HUGE dried hard ball of wax fully clogging my left ear that was half the size of my pinky nail. I wonder how long it was in there for… no more q-tips for me
Scam
Do not buy if you want your personal information safe. They try to make you connect to their WiFi. I’d be very careful with this product and return it!! Don’t buy anything that makes you connect to anything on your device! Don’t trust these reviews either.
Helpful tool
I am a cotton swab ear cleaner. I’ve never had clogged ears, but when I have too much wax it can feel awful. With this tool, I can see the wax and remove it. My wax is soft and more like soft honey. I don’t go down near the ear drum. I’ll leave that to the medical professionals as I get enough relief with my above the canal.

Read reviews and had doubts because I have an iPhone. It downloaded and connected perfect. No issues. Switch to left ear to clean and see opposite side of right ear. Do the opposite for left ear.
Yea this is definitely spyware
There's no reason it would need to connect to anything other than bluetooth. The good news is you don't actually need the camera. It's just as effective as any ear cleaner. I'm a little disappointed in myself I didn't do more research before I bought the thing. It was just one of the first ones that popped up on amazon. Oh well

Der Stick ist klasse. Allerdings sagt die App in 90% der Fälle, dass sie das Gerät nicht findet. Wenn ich es lange genug versucht habe, funktioniert es irgendwann- bis dahin ist der Akku des sticks schon so gut wie leer.

I don’t understand all these negative reviews, the app works great. I’m using on a iPhone 14 Pro Max, running iOS 26.4 and have not experienced any problems whatsoever. There is nothing nefarious going on here either.

For those who say it's garbage, press and hold the button to turn it on. The quality isn't great but I used it and I think it works pretty good for a temu item. Just be very careful!!
Mirror option?
Is there a way to add a mirror features so the image appears like you are looking into a mirror? Currently everything is reversed so it is hard to guide the probe. I will increase my rating if implemented
It ask for location and access to all your photos
It asked me for my location I clicked don’t allow and did the same thing for the access for photos and Bluetooth thing the only thing I connected to was ear wifi thing and that is it and so far it works I’m actually surprised.

DONT LISTEN
Found out the negative reviews were right, the app definitely does ask for way to much for a simple ear device, and it won’t work unless you give it what it wants. The other review are most likely payed for to make them look better or something of that nature. Don’t fall for it!

When it works, it’s great.
When I can get the device to connect, it works great, however 50%, I can’t get the app to recognize that I’m connected to the device.
Worked til it didn’t.
I LOVED this product but after only using it a handful of times over the past 6 months, the light died and I can’t get it to turn back on. Tried charging, deleting & redownloading the app, restarting the product. No luck. Super bummed out!
Works as described
I’m not sure why the star count is so low on this app. This works exactly as described and is super high definition. Connected easily to your phone and is quite convenient.
Privacy Concerns
App does not allow for pairing to bluetooth device unless I let it access all devices on my network. I struggle to believe the "Data not collected" tag on the app store. Will not be using this.
Good camera
I like these cameras but they would be much better without the rotate feature. They are much easier to work if they don’t rotate. Easy app to use/good camera quality
Do not purchase
The whole having to connect to your wifi is odd, Bluetooth should be enough. I have nothing but trouble with the scrapping sleeves tearing, the tweezers not being strong enough and now I can’t connect to my Soulear device as I can’t get a good enough connection?
It works, but the video is weird
The tool works. The bad thing is the ear scraper is always positioned at the bottom. What it should be is always positioned based on the ear, but able to move around in the ear. The video is no help at all at getting any wax, unless it is on the bottom of the ear. Otherwise, you have to move the camera on a different direction that what the video seems to indicate.

incredibly sketchy
got it to work but it’s sketchy, make sure you go into settings and disable every bit of permissions before you get to open it, i even used airplane mode to help

No data mining, works great
This thing works great. I’ve found dog hairs and pieces of plastic wrapping from the ear plugs I wear inside my ear. It does NOT ask to join your wifi nor connect to other devices. You connect the device to a wifi that’s created only when the device is on so that it communicates. It’s just like a ring camera generating its own wifi for you to connect to when installing. That’s where it stops. You do NOT connect it to your home/personal wifi.
Doesn’t connect
Tried installing various devices and various ways. Always it asked for DIFFERENT permissions! Once was blue tooth, once WiFi, once camera. But it never asked for ALL it needed and there wasn’t a way to give it what it needed manually.
