Just power on Device holding down button, you’ll see a blue flashing light. . . Go to your WiFi & connect to device! Camera super clear!

Was working fine until . . .
I was using it on my iPad Pro and the image was full screens, then a week ago the video image got cut in half. Not just the size but it cuts off half of the picture.
No issues
Worked first time for me… no issues. Instructions were correct. Time will tell if any updates change this…! Those saying “unsecured network”… it’s a single device for use 2-3 minutes a time… not a back door into your home network lol
Waste of Money
Honest and straight up review. I connected to my phone and everything worked for a few seconds. Screen would freeze then disconnect after the 6th time I gave up and I am returning this product.

Please update
Can you please update your software so that it can be used on the iPhones new update? For some reason, I keep getting no internet connection and the only thing I can think is that apple just released an update.

Worked straight away. The app did originally direct me to Bluetooth settings. This is where some confusion has happed for other users I’d imagine.
Driving me insane
I downloaded the iTiMO on App Store but nothing happens. Can’t find anything. This is making me want to break it
Decent With A Couple Bugs
All it really needs before you use it is to charge the device atleast to either full or almost full battery otherwise it just doesn’t connect to the phone through WiFi.
Reinstall to reconnect
Need to reinstall and reconnect every time if you didnt use it for more than a few days.

I’m not sure why there are bad reviews. It worked perfect and easily for me to connect. People need to make sure they are connecting through Wi-Fi. Read the instructions… It’s not that hard.It worked instantly for me.
Absolute garbage
Lousy directions — can’t get it to work. What is its Bluetooth I.D. ? I’ll be returning this … don’t buy this product.

The camera itself is great, the app however is junk. You have to erase and redownload it every time

Can not fault it!
Was skeptical as the device was only £20 and the app had bad reviews…. But it actually works brilliantly!

App has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to use the device more than once. On second use it will continue prompting to join their WiFi even when already connected
Enable local network in app settings
I was having issues connecting because I had disabled Local Network in the app upon downloading. It needs to be on and then connected without issues using the wifi directions provided. It has limited information but you can switch the “view” for ease of viewing ear to ear. You can record video of your work or photos. Pretty good app but honestly nothing impressive.
Connectivity horrible
I’ve had to delete and re-install app six times in 30 minutes. Correct Wi-Fi network selected but still won’t connect and keeps telling me to select the right network. Very frustrating.
5 Stars, change your review!!
I don’t think people understand the directions when it’s clearly stated that you have to connect to the wifi “iTiMo-XXXX” when you TURN ON your device. Camera is very clear- the light gets hot in your ear but thats not a problem for me.
Device Doesn’t Connect To App
The ear cleaning device has issues connected to the app. Even when the cleaning device’s is on and the wifi is connected to my phone, the camera doesn’t enable.
Worked as advertised
The instructions to set it up on your device are terrible. After about an hour of frustration trying to get it to work on multiple devices I went on line and found it on Amazon. There was better instructions and it took 2 min or less to set up. After that it was worth the price. I probably should take off 2 stars for the aggravation but everyone else gave them 1 so their paying a price for the bad instructions in the package. Happy digging!

Either the app has bugs or is no longer maintained. Does not work.
Was working fine but now drops constantly
Was working well, a bit longwinded to open but ok. There was an update about 13/1/24 and now it constantly drop the picture which isn’t helpful with the probe in your ear! Fix it soon please!
