I was skeptical but it sure works at looking inside the ear
No camera connection
Camera never connected on the app. Was connected to the WiFi and tried turning it off/on multiples times but never got it to work
It works it works!
It does really work! I thought I had junk the reviews on here are right, please turn the phone in airplane mode and the camera turns right on. Once you connect the device. It will say no internet connection, that’s fine. Just can’t use cellular service. They should note this in the instructions.
Home care
After trying all the tricks tips I call in they say exchange, not happy
Connections
Camera doesn’t work
Simply a flash light only. I watch many other ear wax camera tools on YouTube similar and I feel I got ripped off and this nothing but a flashlight. This is trash, I’ve done everything I could do.
Don’t really recommend
I had the app for a bit then I switched phones and the camera didn’t work. I connected the tool to wifi and then I put on air plane mode like I’ve read other reviews had even though I never needed to before but it’s still didn’t work, so I wouldn’t download or get the tool that uses this app
Not what I expected
Ok so my mom brought this tool of if Amazon and we couldn’t figure out how to work it we looked at the instructions like about 100 times nothing was working and then I thought to look at some reviews on the App Store. Come to find out that you guys left out the part when you’re supposed to turn the phone on airplane mode🙄😩😫
BEST$ EVER SPENT!!!
Not sure why anyone is having a problem ….as long as you follow the directions it was so easy on my iPhone 13. I just followed the directions and it turned on. This tool is.AMAZING OMG I MIGHT NEVER LEAVE MY BATHROOM AGAIN LOL
Does not work
Does not work , the camera won’t even show. Followed all instructions and camera doesn’t show any thing
Does not work 14plus iPhone
Camera would not work with my IPhone 14plus. I tried all the review recommended setting, airplane mode, cellular off, local network, and several uninstall reinstalls, ect nothing worked with my phone. It did work flawlessly with my wife’s 14 and my daughter s older phone think daughter has an 11or12. Camera image is great and tools are pretty solid would give 5 stars if it worked with my model iPhone. Not sure why it won’t work.
Something left out of instructions
I sat here for hours trying to figure this out, and then I came to the comments and there it was. They left out of the instructions to turn your phone on airplane mode. Once you turn it on airplane mode along with the Wi-Fi instructions it will work perfectly I should give it a lower star for the frustration that they left a very important part out. But I’m gonna go ahead and give them a five star cause it is a good working app.

Al principio bien, pero pierde la señal y ya no se puede conectar
Programming Issue??
I’m pretty positive app setups aren’t usually this difficult across the board… user friendly is big in tech and this isn’t user friendly. I’ve tried turning airplane mode on, turned my data off, redownloaded the app multiple times, connected to the WiFi first, opened the app first, I tried every step in different orders…no luck. I saw the “YW” WiFi as not connected and connected to the device… I’m not the problem and multiple users aren’t the problem. I have an iPhone 15 so my phone model is not the issue. TikTok shop just gives you a refund and says it was damaged during shipment when your cam doesn’t work instead of troubleshooting it. So idk about user error… Maybe a new software/app developer who can work out the bugs for the company might be what’s needed. Sadly I’m on the sidelines with my moist ears because the camera is not working. I tried following what’s posted on reviews on the App Store and the TikTok shop. No luck. Then the fact they immediately give refunds tells me they know it’s flawed.
Good
Works great! To start the camera, you need to press (fly mode) and the camera turns on immediately
-800 social credit.
Horrible Tofu Dreg app Sends your info to the people of china. Thank God Taiwán exists and is very real! VIVA LA RAZA DE ORO NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. WELCOMR TO CITY WOK
Camera not working
So for weeks I was trying to figure out how to make the camera work. Go to your iPhone settings to the YW tool app and turn off the cellular data on that app not your phones cell data but just on that app.
IT WORKS!!
at first it does show that it is connected to WiFi and still doesn't work, however it only works for the IPHONE 15 and up. Once you download and connect to WiFi, turn on airplane mode and it will work.
Worst purchase
I have spent two days trying to get this tool to open and connect to my phone, Bluetooth won’t recognize the device! Terrible experience so far. Won’t recommend this to anyone I know!!
How to use
The app wasn’t working for me, but figured it out, all you have to do is search up the app in the Apple settings, switch it to local network and switch off cellular data, no need to put your phone in airplane mode and it will work.
Works
Once I read the reviews the camera worked great the trick was to be in airplane mode for it to connect but they did it .
Junk
Does not work
Camera works with newer phones only
The camera works with my husband iPhone 15, not my iPhone 13
It works
I thought I got scam after like 10 mins, I did it correctly, Step 1: Put your phone on airplane mode Step 2: Connect to YWtool Wifi Step3: search for the YW app on settings Step 4: turn on Local network & the camera will turn on.
Does not work.
Followed instructions multiple times-does not work. :(
Works
It works it’s not a scam people explain how to do it in the reviews
Doesn’t work
“Just go on WIFI!” I did.
