Just got this in the mail and tested it out, works well and zero latency. Cleaned out my ears. I also like the additional taking photos and battery life meter.
Does not work with iPhone
The device says it connected but no image appears on my phone. Tried connecting it to my iPad with the same result. The only video showing on the app is from my phone camera. The white LEDs just keep flashing.
access is OPTIONAL
do not give it photo, camera, or wifi access, it does not need that permission to connect to the device. works fine
急に使えなくなった…
なんだかんだ使えてて重宝していたのに、2週間ぶりくらいに使用したらカメラが真っ暗で何も映らなくなってしまった。手ぶれ補正タブを選択するの内カメで自分が映し出されるし、アプリの問題な気がする。 悔しいな…
App is too large
App worked out fine for me, but WHY is it almost 10GB large??? That is insane!! I’m gonna have to delete and redownload it every time I need to use it
Best Gadget for ear cleaning
It works well for me, and I had no problem connecting to the app and viewing my ear while I was cleaning out my earwax.
Connection issues
My device could connect no problem. Now now after a year or so it doesn’t anymore please don’t waste your money. Go with other brands
Why the connection system?
Works great would be 5 stars but like… why does it emit Its own WiFi signal instead of Bluetooth… weird…
Connects, but can switch to left ear
My camera connects to the app no problem, but the issue now is clicking the lower left to switch to the left ear doesn't work.
Only the Camera Works
The camera works fine but I’m not able to select any of the buttons in the app. So I can’t comment on the functionality of the app itself. At least I can see what I’m doing but it sucks I can’t change the camera from right ear to the left ear or take photos and videos.

It worked a few times now I can’t even get the app to work I can see the camera connects to my phone but the app will not show the image.
No longer works
Doesn’t work after recent update. Asks for way too many permissions. Sketchy and scammy piece of trash
Where Did It Go?
What happened to the x10 magnification? …….. Tried contacting the app support but says server cannot be found? …………………… Love this little tool that can help you see inside and behind your ears easily!
Issues with camera
It’s a little sketch that we have to connect to “WiFi” but it works. I’m not sure if it’s due to the updates but I’m no longer able to view the left side camera.
Use an old iphone using IOS 18 to work
This wont work with IOS 26. and you cannot downgrade an iphone using IOS 26. But if u have an old phone using 18 or under use it and ignore any 26 updates.

Frustrated
This used to work rather well. Not any more. It just doesn’t seem to want to connect. So, it’s useless. I don’t recommend it.

Bluetoothで見つからなかったり、繋がらなかったりした場合、耳かき本体の電源を入れた状態で、スマホ本体の設定からWi-Fi設定を開き、今あるWi-Fiを探せば「保護されていないWi-Fi」として見つかるかも。詳しくは説明書で。
Was great but now …
This was working amazing and I haven’t used it in a few months tried to connect and it will no longer connect to my phone. I have an old android that it connects to perfectly, but it will no longer connect to my iPhone 7. Deleting the app and re-downloading but still not working very disappointed.

アプリが自動アップデートされて美肌モード？だったかニキビモード？だったかがなくなってしまった。角栓取りにそのモードしか使ってなかったのに。変に光が強過ぎて飛んで見えなくなってしまいました。元に戻して欲しい。

Can’t get it to connect
It has never connected once. I had bought a different cheap one I. The past but gave it to my daughter.
Works well on my iPad
I haven’t experienced the problems that others have reported. More in-app explanation of the various options would be nice, but otherwise I am happy with this: it does the job well.
Does not work on my IPhone 13, still work on my previous phone.

Truly—mine functioned perfectly. It was incredibly interesting to see the tympanic membrane up close and personal like that—and quite gross, haha. Non-healthcare folks: do take extra special care to not insert the tool too far into your ear; you have very delicate structures in there! Don’t get too aggressive (even though it’s soooo satisfying to get gunk out)!! 😇
Update caused the ap/camera to no longer work
Please fix your updates. I can see dozens of reviews for the last 8 months telling you about this issue but nothing has been done

I’ve had no problems with this app. I’m able to switch from right to left no issues. Camera is very good. Only issues I have with the device is navigating through the ear, doesn’t reach very far but you have a clear visual!

Great app and tool. Never had a problem. Just have to remember to click on wi-fi and then it’s ready to use.

Works perfectly
No issues with connecting to the ear camera. Clarity was good enough for the job. Got the wax out of both ears in less than 5 minutes. It has a picture/vid recording capability too

アップデート前は手ブレ防止？機能があり 簡単に操作する事ができましたが、アップデート後はその機能がなくなり画面が普通にブレブレでとても酔うので耳かきどころではない。逆に危ない。前のに戻してほしいです。
Works well
The setup was fairly straightforward and easy. The camera quickly was also very good.
Very Suspect App
Although the developer (Chinese) claims no data is collected, it insists on connecting via wi-fi to access your entire system and any devices connected to it. It also wants full access to Photos and videos, and insists on using a cellular connection to your router. There is no way to isolate this tool once it takes over. No one really knows what it’s accessing or why. I got it to work, and it’s very helpful in removing ear wax, but I suspect it’s doing something in the background that is highly suspicious. I’m going to shop for a similar tool that is blu-tooth capable.

Worked once but not a good image, will not connect at all now.

Don’t listen to all the negative reviews. This thing works perfectly fine and you will be able to see all of your ear canal
