Not any more
I loved boy howdy games! I USED TO. Fun simple games, no frills and not a bunch of ads… till now. Across the bottom of each game are ANNOYING FLASHY ads. They always have had ads but now they flash while you are trying to play. And you can’t buy the game so you have to put up with the CONSTANT flashing or play another app. I’ll be switching to another app

I will usually play to chill out and whine down. Simple no brain activity needed. Enjoy!
Good game, needs improvement
The beginner game favors the player. The next level, favors the bot. In every game, more than just once, the bot makes Gin by taking just one card. It is always ahead in number of games won. I haven't tried the other levels. It seems you need a better random shuffle, or in case of Yatzee, a better RNG.
Not really random deck
The game claims the cards in the deck are random, but the vast majority of the time the deck is stacked with the high cards being drawn first, so you can’t start lowering your deadwood till later in the game.
Fun game
Love this game! Have a few requests for the developer! Please allow us to sort our cards before gameplay begins. When the computer goes first I don’t always see what the card was, much less if I needed it. I’ve also seen at the end of a round where my deadwood can be played on the other player’s board. But it is not played, staying in my hand as deadwood, costing me points. Would also like to shorten the shuffle/deal sequence at the start of each round. It could go faster without losing the sense of what is happening. Thank you! Love your games!
Stopped working
Worked well for a while but hit a glitch and now keeps shutting down.
Fun but exasperating
Why when I win a game, do I not get credited for it? I’ve noticed this with all the players. This is a fun game and it’s great for wasting time, but it’s kind of frustrating that I don’t get credited for winning when I know I won! I checked the game instructions a few times and I don’t think I’m missing anything. Also, I thought runs had to be in the same suit-Georgia goes out and her runs are in various suits. Kinda cheaty if you ask me.

Game seems to know
When you’re about to lay down gin especially when you’re below 11 count, nearly every time. Also, for the long time players, have you seen hands that are extremely similar to others you’ve seen when playing for a while in a sitting? I have and it’s very suspicious. There are no commercials which is very nice.

Love the game
I love playing gin rummy and I’ve found Georgia to be a good balance between winning and losing. However after playing over 400 games I noticed my odds of winning grew less and less. I’m now down to winning less than 19%. So a game that had been fun is now not so fun anymore. So I’ll be changing games. Bad move to change the odds Boy Howdy!
Review
Great game, straightforward. Nice to be able to manually arrange your cards. Most other Gin games won’t allow that. This game will sort into sets. If there is a possible run and I prefer that, I can change the order of the cards. The only thing I would enjoy seeing is a more skilled opponent. I play vs. Tia 95% of the time because it’s the only challenging player. And even that is usually around 50-50. The others are boring. So I’ve really dropped back on gameplay. Nice at first. But soon looses its appeal.

A fun way to challenge yourself. Keeps the mind nimble.
Minor issue
Sometimes you are dealt a card and dispose of it only to draw the same card later in the same hand. Other than that it’s a pretty good time waster.
Almost addictive
I’m enjoying the heck out of this game. No ads popping up between games, just a very unobtrusive ad bar at the bottom of the screen that I barely notice.
Cards repeat
I like the app. I used to play north sky until it accidentally got updated and too obnoxious for me. I have been noticing that cards tend to repeat in this app. I almost started photographing them to prove it to myself. Nah I said. If that were the case then I would occasionally see a card I am holding. But it is a computerized game. Any card can generate. This game I toss a jack clubs. It gets buried. 2 cards later - I draw a jack clubs. Despite that it is only a game. And it is fun to play the different players. Each has a unique play style which adds to the fun.
No ads!
No annoying ads to constantly interrupt my playing. Love it!
