Horrible. Absolutely The Worst Experience Ever!
If I was able to I wouldn’t even give 1 single lone star rating for this bank. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I wouldn’t even say this was a relationship it was pathetic very UNPROFESSIONAL. It has been since may 4th I have had fraud on my account over $300.00 and have yet to even hear ANY communication back whatsoever regarding the claim that has been issued. I have not had access to my account for over a month and a half. It is now june17th. Every time I had called, I would get hung up on. Laughed at Etc. so not get or use their services.
Messes up
It’s glitchy. stay freezing up, closes out keep having an era smh took like 5 try’s to set it up
No ATM fees lie
This POS app told me through the ATM network feature I wouldn’t be charged for my first Money Pass atm transaction of the month and was still charged.
Can’t ever log in
The app seemed ok at first but now I can’t even log in to see anything. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app several times and it still doesn’t work
Stay away
Don’t get this card they block you from spending your money and it’s almost impossible to get your money off someone needs to open a lawsuit on them -10 stars
The queen
I honestly give this app a 0, but um the system is terrible, it doesn’t let you log in even though your password & username is correct, and if you try to make a new password it lets you but then when you make the new password & try to log in again, it still says the password is incorrect like what ?.. Don’t recommend this app at all !!.
Can’t Login
I had no issues with the app until a couple of days ago. Now it will not even open or anything.
Tells me how much I can transfer
Transferred some money about 3 weeks ago and now I can pull 3/4 of that after. There weeks. How does that make sense
The worst and crooked
I got a rapid refund through liberty tax because they use this card. In January my card was filled with 1300 and I could not use the card. When I called they said my card was canceled and they would mail me a check of 1300. We are now in May and I am still dealing with getting a check. They are all people from out of the country there is no supervisor, no corporate or manager to help. They are crooks

I had to get this card, Liberty Tax could not load to my Federal Income Tax check to my bank account, noticed I had charges in another city, my card was used!!! At the store with my card Information!!!!! Over $300 dollars charged. Called immediately to dispute and was told “We cannot cancel those transactions, that we could not do anything for this at all, You need to call the merchants and have them cancel the transactions. That we cannot cancel the transactions at all.” Called the Merchant and they told me to have the Financial Institution (Deep Blue) cancel those transactions immediately. I assured him that I did try and I told him what they told me. He looked up and saw that the card was used in store, I live in Lytle Tx, was in San Antonio at the time of the purchases that were made in the Houston area, at 3 stores that are all the same. He said that they would look into it further but to contact my Financial Institution and have them cancel the transactions. The Store Manager was in disbelief, I told him I was too! LONG STORY SHORT- THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT CANCEL TRANSACTIONS THAT YOU DID NOT MAKE AND WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU AT ALL, WITHDREW ALL OF MY MONEY!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!! BEWARE!!!!
The WORST CARD I have EVER DEALT WITH
My card was stolen, they spent all the money I had 500$ on it . And after getting a new card They won’t put the money back until an investigation is done . Then on the 5th phone call to them I was told for the 1 st time I had to write an email to the fraud dept or I WONT GET THE $ back and even if I do THEY STILL MIGHT NOT GIVE THE $ back this card is a scam for people in dire need of tax refund

NEVER RECEIVED MY PHYSICAL CARD AND THEN I HAD TO REQUEST ONE MORE THAN ONCE STILL DIDNT RECEIVED EITHER OF THOSE YET HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME A MONTHLY FEE FOR THE CARD WHEN I COULDNT EVEN GET ONE!!!!! ONE OF WORST BANKING APPS IVE DELT WITH DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!
