Great App
Always satisfied with results!
Awful
Each time I open the app and if I get to put in my credentials the app crashes back to the app icon . I can not sigh into the application. Please research and fix bug asap

Meta’s app does everything I’d expect and more. It’s easy and functional. Very intuitive and provides the majority of what is available in the online version. Well done.
App don’t even work
Downloaded the app jus for it to not open 😭
No internet connection
I downloaded the app cause I just sign up but it’s saying I have internet connection when all my other apps are working fine.. can someone who works for this company see this and reach out and help me? I’ve tried turning off the phone and turning it back on and still doesn’t work
Very functional
This app does everything it needs to in order to be a functional banking app. No problems found.
No person to person option
I regularly used my meta bank card to transfer funds via Venmo. Meta bank has now shut this down, cutting off Venmo transactions for thousands of people. Time to dump Meta bank.

The app won’t even start up it’s like a glitch not working I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and it still doesn’t work

Worked great on my android.
Went from android to apple. Worked great on my android, downloaded the app on iPhone can’t log in says I don’t have a account. Called waited for 10 minutes finally got a real person. She’s says there is nothing she can do to help! What a f’ing joke.
A joke
This bank and its app is a joke it never works when I want to use it. I’ve had to have my account reset 4 times this week. The banks on more than one occasion has pulled large amounts of money out of the wrong account (not even my account) and wouldn’t finance me for the shoes I’m wearing if I tried. I will be switching banks the first time I have a free minute!
MetaBank
I have money in a MetaBank In SD. It’s been 5 years and I’m getting mail from them because there’s no activity going on with my account. They telling me I need 2 government papers to collect my money and all I have is my non drivers license. What else do I need to send? I sending you this because I tried sending email to them twice and it came back to me. If you can help me It would be nice
