Inadequate rhythmic sync
I expected hitting notes to have more direct progression in music but that’s just random. There isn’t much of a rhythmic sync between the notes and the melody being played. Two stars cuz that’s cute enough to not get a 1.

For a music game with no sound I’m very disappointed. Willing to give this game more of a try when issue is fixed.

Horrible hit sync issues
Probably one of the worst games in reference to the note hit timing / placement. 10+ year old mobile games did better than this one. Fun game if they focus on the issues at hand.
PLAY ON IPAD
I really, really wanted to like this game. I don’t actually have an iPad, but I’m very inclined to believe this game is targeting it specifically. The game’s “controller mode” is in reality a shoddy attempt at converting the touch charts into 6 or 4-lane charts. And the touch mode has some of the worst input handling I’ve EVER seen in a rhythm game. Laneless VSRGs are a common sight on mobile, so let’s compare it to the one the most people seem to be familiar with - Project Sekai. In Project Sekai, notes can be tapped from any vertical position on the screen, and there’s some leeway on your horizontal positioning. That freedom is near non-existent in this game. You have to tap EXACTLY on the note for it to register. And let’s not forget the tragedy of hold and slide notes - hold notes have absurdly strict release timing, while slide notes will penalize you if you’re not holding at the very millisecond of the end of it. (And half the time it just won’t work anyways.) It’s a shame. The moment I saw Shinji Hosoe and DE DE MOUSE listed in the description I was excited to hear what was there. Now I don’t even want to get that far. Please work on the input handling. I can mind some of the iffy charting, but the controls make this game unplayable.

Slow speed, not enough notes
the gameplay is honestly so mid, even on the highest speed the notes come way too slow. Also, the notes speed up when they come closer, completely ruining the point of the game being a rhythm game. The music is really mid, and sometimes the game just doesn’t pick up the fact i tapped the screen

The Slider Notes!!!!
I hope it’s not just me that chat hit the slider notes.😭I just have no idea how to do them, and they are just too hard for me. In the tutorial, I did not catch on to how to do it, so I’ve tried again with the tutorial, and I’m just clueless😢 The game looks so cute and fun, but I can’t play the songs because I can’t do the slider notes. I’d you can figure them out, go ahead and have a blast on the game. But I was just not able to use them!😭

Cute + fun, but minor issues
Reading other reviews, I can relate to all the concerns being brought up. The notes are timed a bit slower compared to the song and having to concentrate on where my fingers are to ensure I hit the note, if not it doesn’t register, is inconvenient. If it were possible to click anywhere above or below the line when notes were passing, that would make this game better.
Cute, but laggy
I’ll be making a more in depth review on tiktok and youtube later, but i will say this game is pretty good for just having came out. The art is cute, the story is simple enough to follow so far, and the game mechanics are fun. However, when playing the game itself, its very laggy. Notes you hit dont register, so you end up missing a ton, and it ends up affecting your score. The devs need to make the notes a little more sensitive, and allow for more space above and below the judgement line to be touched so you can read and hit the notes. Its frustrating not being able to look at the notes at the top of the screen because im so focused on where my fingers are so im on the judgement line itself! Im not going to gripe too much about the songs, but I personally find them a bit boring and repetitive. Deemo has much better songs but im also aware deemo was also like this during its initial release. My favorite thing about this game is the two charecters dancing on the sides of where the notes come down, its a cute detail!
