super annoying notification tags
pretty fun game, kinda like those fidget spinners back in the day, but i really hate the misleading red notification tags getting you to constantly press them, half the time there is nothing there. i am so close to deleting the game

The game is fun. I’ve enjoyed it since I was younger but now I’m not so sure. With the new thing we’re if you die you can refresh has taken away the original hard game that I loved. It’s also super hard to get a new character by needing coins.

Season rewards completely broken
I cannot claim my “floor is lava” rewards. It’s been two days now, still soft locked and the game support team are making ZERO effort in assisting me with this issue. I am pretty certain it’s against EU regulations to have an app that isn’t working properly and having such a distant admin team. 1 star. Please have the respect to help me.

A quick way to get coins is to always aim for the magnet and make sure you upgraded the magnet all they way, i love subway surfers+ so much.

Great but music kills it
I am a really big subway surfers fan and a big part of the experience for me is the audio. Without the options to choose what music I would like to pick before that season comes out, the regular game is better even with the adds. It makes no sense that the music from the old game can’t be brought to the + version. If you could please fix this that would be amazing.

I like the gameplay, the events. My issues are : - Leaderboard : Impossible to see it in game - Event Shop We have a lot of events but not enough items in the shop to buy with the event tickets - Season Hunt We unlock only 1 level maximum each day, impossible to unlock the 30th level if we don’t connect daily
Addictive game let down by bugs
I’ve been enjoying the game a lot and am always grateful to see classic titles on Apple Arcade. But whilst the gameplay is fun, the game has several bugs which affect the experience. Firstly, the top run feature always returns an “Oops!” error which has existed since the game released. Secondly, the game crashes more often than not at the end of a run with closing down the app and relaunching the only way to fix it. Another little note would be for more variability in the events, instead of the same ones being reskinned each season. New challenges would really amp the game up a notch!
