Lost game
I lost my game with this latest update and no way to contact the people who run it. All my work and money that I have invested in it are gone. Very sad.
Really angry! 3 out of ten stars for me
It’s the glitches!!! Every single time I try to do story line when it starts it kicks me out of the game! I like to listen to storylines but it’s really annoying and it does that with everything else too! Collecting things adds mini games ect… and I also want a easier way to get the snow leopard dragon lol but Ik it’s NOT my internet because I’ve checked. and it started when I updated this game! Ty if you read this company that made this! - update it’s been over 6 months I stopped counting… this game is WORTHLESS STORAGE! I have a iPad and no matter what I do here we are 6 months later and I can’t even play anymore… it lags so bad that it kicks me out right after the 5 minutes it takes to load I loved playing this but LOOK AWAY THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT GAME FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! I suggest animal jam. I love it it’s addictive and has monthly updates constant story and 2 games! One 2d one 3d both great! The thing to know is: new players (jammers) aren’t respected as much, find a good freindly pack and tell them you want help to get good items :) (Officially over a year since first sent) just turn away.. this is a game the developers don’t listen to complaints with, so I also hear it’s a money grab, YEA…. NO there are tons of other games THIS might not b for u

I have played this game for 4 or 5 years. Over the past couple of years everything just died down, and many users left the game. I started playing again over the past few months. However about a month ago my game was completely wiped out. It started me back at the very beginning. Most frustrating is that there is no way to contact anyone for help. What a disappointment.

This is very enjoyable if you are of 50 with some time free or in between during something else this is an excellent opportunity to play something fun so try playing.
Saved game no longer works for Apple users
The game somehow reset and when Apple players try to recover their progress from the integrated Facebook save, it does not work. It completely restarts the game from the beginning.
Pretty good
Decent graphics without much glitching or lag. Minimum ads. Lots of cool dragons that you can breed for unique variations. Too easy to run out of energy tho… 8/10

This game used to be good but now it’s all mini games and constant pop up when you log on. If you have an issue in game there is no way to get in touch with support. I have magic cube dragons that are supposed to give bombs every 960 minutes they have given nothing for weeks even though I keep them fed. There are so many little things in game that need sorting out but there is no way to get in touch with anyone to help. Looks like I will be quitting this game very soon.

Be careful spending money on this game. I was vip 8 and almost a 9. Had a lot of time in this game and money. Love the game I was over lvl 100. Then all of a sudden I go to log in like always do and the game was gone it started me over at lvl 1. I lost everything I had purchased. I’ve emailed and used the help button. No one ever responds. Be aware.

You have not answered me and I spend a lot of money so why,I can’t get into my game at all I did everything I could,it’s be over a week, this is not fair.
Long time player but thinking of deleting
I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years. I like the ability to breed dragons, create hats for them and the character but I reached a limit of 75 dragons. Each dragon can be advanced and if you have several of the same type and level, you can merge them to a higher level, which does cut down on your total dragon count but if you reach the limit, you can’t merge them if they’re not the same level. You can purchase more land to be able to increase the amount of dragons but it’s too expensive to consider. That inhibits some of the play since I can’t advance their abilities any more. I also have never once in all the time playing ever finished a timed quest. There’s not enough energy to be made to complete them without purchase. You can advance through to the next area (not timed quests) but it does take time and energy. I also don’t like that when I first open the game to play, there’s so many game pop ups for buying gems, energy, go on another quest, and then it automatically directs you to that quest. Then you have to “skip” past all the stupid character dialogue to get to a spot that you can back out and return to the main page. It takes so long to do this I lose interest in playing by the time I get there. There are too many little side games that only eat up your resources also. I play for fun and have no reason to pay so much to continue playing a game that causes me frustration. I’ll give it a bit but if nothing changes, I’ll delete this game and play one of my other games instead.

Used to love it, keeps crashing
This used to be a fun game to play but lately it just keeps crashing over and over again, no matter what you do you can’t continue playing without having to reload everything. It’s especially frustrating after you spend the time watching an ad and then it crashes out.
Love the dragons
I have been playing this game for many years now but I’m saddened that they haven’t update the main story in several months and the mini games are getting boring. Also the time limit on the mini games is too short. If you’re not updating the main story line anytime soon add more time to the side quest maps also maybe some rare hats with more than 8 extra stamina points. I’d hate to close this game out for good but I’m getting bored

Do NOT waste your money and time
No movement. No talk. No response. Nothing. I was seriously invested in this game. But the be patient statements are threadbare now. It’s been 2+ years since its last update. Several attempts to communicate with them was a be patient we’re working on it. Then they started promoting Fairy Scapes. And have now completely do not reply after I expressed my discontent. 5 stars to dodge being accountable NO RESPONSE FROM DEV AT ALL!!

P2w game
This game is pay to win, all their events you need to buy energy to complete or finish. They use scummy tactics to force you to buy things. For example, one of the events you have to use enegy to move up some tiles loke in monopoly, but if you exit that screen at all, you start back at zero even though you already wasted all that energy to move up.

I can’t seem to be able to get the game to open up to play it anymore. I have had fun doing it and have spent a lot of money doing things on it. I am using a iPhone and it’s suppose to work on it . I’ve been playing it for probably 3 yrs now. HELP !
ADS freezing
I love this game! I have an issue with a few of the ADS freezing up on me and having to restart my device several times during the game. One of the ADS is for Panthia, another is Whiteout Survival.

What happened?
They stopped making new world adventures. The updates don’t seem to update anything and the recycled quest worlds are getting repetitious. Plus you have to pay large amounts of money just to “finish” the repeating quests. I’m disappointed because I enjoyed the variety in worlds and the challenges.
Looking for a game like this for years
As a kid/teen , I loved games like this where I could build my world but also go on quests. This reminds of smuf’s village from the mid 2010s. I have been looking for an app similar to that one for over 5 years. I understand that better rpgs like kingdom hearts existed but that required a fancy console and quiet frankly more money than I was willing to invest. This app , I love it so much. My only qualms are I wished it was more customizable and that the app didn’t crash as much. Thank you to the team for making this and I’m really curious what your favorite games were/are.
Getting support is difficult with in game.
There a serious lagging issues within the game at the moment. Trying to get to support to let them know is a pain. Had to navigate through multiple layers to get to where you can message them. Please make this easier.

It’s getting expensive!! They want you to spend money, it used to explore without using the stamina, in cloud adventure, after spending the stamina, you don’t get much dragon pearls and tear at the end anymore to make the hats, can’t get crystals anymore for the ship because your dragon does have stamina, or slow to recharge stamina. When you breed dragon, most of the time there’s no dragon after spending 100 life stones.

Is a pretty good game and you don’t get bored after 20 minutes. It’s been really fun surprisingly

Fun but expensive
Honestly I’d probably end up spending more if they lowered their prices. Lots of mini games and dragons to collect. Also the spin game only ever gives 1000 coins, not very random.
Too many games and ads
This a great game with lots to do for you to stay interested. The problem is there are way too many new pop-up games which eat the space required on your system. The other problem is way too many ads on everything! Really if you need money, charge for the game and let us enjoy it.
