I love to merge to relax, it’s really fun
Save progress/ version
I can’t even link my account from android to iOS, every time I log in my progress from android doesn’t even load. I don’t know if it has to do with different versions but that shouldn’t matter because other games don’t do this; iOS or Android you can still sync your progress. Please fix this.
So much potential
I love this game but it really needs improvement. I have all these items and I dont know what any of them do. You click on all this stuff and nothing happens, it do say what it is, how to use it, what it does
New changes
Yikes. Changed build times from 40 seconds and 1 minute to 1 minute and 3 minutes. No thank you. Compared to other merge games that one is the lowest of the pack and with that change I think this is when I uninstall this one.
You keep changing things
I really love this game and want to give it a good rating. I love that you basically let me buy as much energy as I want because there’s so many different ways. I hate having to wait. I’ve spent a lot on this game as I do with all of my merge games. However the first thing you changed a while back was how many rubies/gems it takes to cut the time down on a merged item. You more than doubled it and I never used that function again. Now you changed the time. What took 40 seconds now takes one minute, and what took one minute now takes three. Those are not small changes. This show that you have no respect for your users. I’ve decided not to play this game any longer. None of my other merge games have done this so I’m baffled as to why you did. Oh..right…money. Maybe it won’t offend the new players and you’re probably betting on that but if they happen to like merge games like I do they will definitely notice. Once again, I loved this game so this is very unfortunate.

Unnecessary prices
I love not only this merge game but a lot of them. I would only add one suggestion, once you have a castle fully upgraded the mine for that castle is useless and taking up space needed for staging other castles. I would make it possible to place these into storage.

Stuck on fog of 15 but on level 17. Sad you got to spend money to get through places. Also the extra places aren’t around long enough to even get through them! Then they are gone! Unless you spend money.

Winter Fair won’t let me exchange items. It’s showing 1 of 2 collected so won’t exchange for ice pieces but I’ve actually got 19 and seem to be wasting my time

What happened to my progress?
I had 2 gold chests that I earned from the Airship Travel mini game disappear from my island. My user ID is 0FC66308-8874-4AA1-B9D8-F. After playing this game for a few years, it has gone from being fun and challenging, to feeling like an absolute grind, with no real sense of accomplishment. I already hit the Max Level, and besides the last castle needing completion, the game has nothing left to offer. All the mini games are the same ones being constantly rotated, as well as the hidden islands. Getting the maximum rewards from the castles would take forever, and even then, you are making no actual progress toward any in-game goal. Not to mention, the daily rewards have been drastically changed from when I first started playing. You get much less now for doing the same tasks. It went from potentially 60 gems a week to a maximum of 10. What a way to discourage your loyal players! A word of advice to those who feel like they’re getting nowhere. Always merge in 5s, not 3s. It will make this game much less tedious and help you get to rewards much faster. Apply this principle especially for gems, as they are the hardest resource to come by.

Progress lost
I accidentally deleted the game when I re-downloaded again I logged into my account but the progress still went back to the first level so all my progress is lost
Enjoyable Game
Have been playing for a few days and really enjoying. Only issue is the side game available needs for me to level up pigs until they are sitting in a chair. Those pigs are then suppose to be transferred into diamonds by the Cheshire Cat. Unfortunately when I press to do so nothing happens. So frustrating!!!!
Needs changes
I really REALLY dislike the fact that we’re forced to play the great foodini. (The screen dims and won’t go back to normal until you play through the “tutorial” it is extremely annoying to me especially since I have zero interest in playing the great foodini or other similar mini games within the game. I also noticed a change that I’m not a fan of. They doubled the cost of diamonds to speed things up. When I emailed them about it they said they hadn’t changed anything. I took screenshots and said you’re telling me you didn’t change this? Then it’s no response. We never get diamond chests anymore. I also wish they’d add a feature to only merge in 5’s or at the VERY least add an undo button. I am quickly loosing interest in this game because of these things.

Too long as it advances
I started out loving this game. Could get rewards and finish tasks in a reasonable amount of time, and the cost of coins and potions to advance were reasonable. The farther you get into the game, the longer it takes. It takes longer to collect the pieces to merge into other objects and takes more and more merging to get to the end goal. While it’s expected that the game get harder as it advances, it’s getting to the point that it’s takes so long to finish a building, get a character or gain potion to open more areas, it’s not even fun to play it anymore.
Fun, but…
I love the game but I am not pleased that the game interrupts gameplay to give non-essential information WHILE THE CLOCK KEEPS TICKING. Don’t stop the player from playing! A flashing icon would more than suffice in lieu of stopping the game. By the way, I love the music; it’s lovely.

Very addicting game, enthusiastic images and lots of fun and entertainment. I haven’t been able to put it down.
Still buggy and now even a rip off!
Prior to this update, you could play very slowly..not winning..for a few years..heh..or toss them about 100.00…but smartly over about 2 years. You won’t complete everything..but you can have a solid time WITHOUT NEEDING TO MICROMANAGE A GAME! Well now, new update..I’ve checked it out..about a week now? You can’t play smartly nor 30 minutes to an hour per day and have fun ; now you need to play all day long, logging times and probably making a chart ….before you can get anywhere…unless you pay TONS of cash. Shame really, my board is max experience and 90% finished. 👿 Not fair that they got horribly greedy…my 200.00 + was enough IMO. 🤷🏻♀️

Not loaded with ads. It does have a lot of purchase items but they are not absolutely necessary. Beautiful artwork. At first the items didn’t seem to move right but it was me. They move flawlessly. 5 ⭐️ from me w/o a doubt. Thank you to the devs for a fun game to grind out. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Unable to update patch manifest
I absolutely love this game! I played it last night around 3am and everything was fine and it loaded. Today I’ve been unable to load the game and it says unable to update patch manifest?! Not sure why
Disappointed in change of rewards
3/16/25 I’m disappointed that you removed the purple gem chests from rewards for competitions. This was a favorite reward. Previous review: Another competition I can’t compete in… when I click on “exchange” in the event island Winter Fair, nothing happens. Therefore, I can’t go any further. I wish they would be available for issues like this. Last time an issue happened with an event island, y’all took 2 days to respond and then it wasn’t worth trying to complete the competition with a day left.

Scammers
Anytime something goes wrong in the game they have a email that might work 20% of the time and never respond to you, they made a couple million last year alone in revenue so there is literally no practical reason for 0 support. But they do track your entire device and apps then sell the data so apparently the entire company is just scammers who don’t care and have no pride about the product they make because selling information is more important I guess
Good but could be even better
Whilst I love the game as is I would love a world map so we could travel to other places for events, maybe even have an island where we could collect the many animals of Carroll’s books. This would give the game so much more depth and quality. Hence my dropping a star.

Contacted support through game for glitch in game and no response. Reached out here for support and it just takes me to Facebook page. Not helpful.

Glitches
I typically don’t have any issues in the app. But recently there’s a bit of lag when merging items. And in the most recent event going on now i can’t exchange my items which means I can’t progress in the event world. I’ve closed out the app, turned off my phone, same issue. Bummer, because I love to do them, but looks like that won’t be happening
