I’m a very loyal customer. I’ve spent hundreds on this game and hundreds on another one of your games. Today I got to play and an ad popped up. Then maybe a minute later another one popped up. Before this anytime I was getting something that you’d have watch an ad to receive the gift it say you’re a very important player so we’re going to watch the ad for you. How after spending my money left and right. I buy all the extra space on the island. I bought the thing that every time I go to the next level I get &450 diamonds. I’ve gotten really far and now I’m gonna have to delete it because y’all are so greedy that after I buy every offer Ive got to watch ads so you can get more money. You selfish greedy mfs! You ain’t right at all…..

LOVE it!
I absolutely LOVE playing Tropical Merge & a number of other Merge games by this developer & they work really well on my desktop & Kindle but I’m having trouble getting them to close out on my iPad. It’s probably just me because the iPad is new to me but playing the games is still a blast & a half! LOVE THEM!

I like this game but I was being double charged multiple times. Luckily apple refunded me.
Tropical merge is really fun
It is a great game and people should try it. I don’t like all the ads, or that they are trying to make you spend real money, but other than that is is awesome.
Don’t purchase anything large!
I made the mistake of buying the growth fund. I lost most videos for free things. Instead of three 40 point energy videos per hour, I get one, yes 1, per day. I no longer can be competitive and it has slowed me way down. You would think larger purchases would be appreciated, not penalized. I never anticipated my free perks of playing would be taken away, so disappointed!

Ads you can’t escape!
This is the second game I’ve deleted after just a week of playing. I really liked it and played every day. Then one day I couldn’t use any energy without an ad taking over my screen. ANYTHING I DID made an ad pop up. It’s fine to have these for extras or speeding up tasks but an ad for anything is insane.

J’aime beaucoup votre jeu, mais il y a un détail qu’il faudrait améliorer. Lorsque l’on devient un « client important » après avoir dépensé une certaine somme d’argent, vous nous « récompensez en « regardant les pubs à notre place « . Sauf que, dès ce moment-là, les publicités deviennent rares, et les lots peu intéressants. Et il devient impossible de réussir le défi « regarder des pubs » pour clore certains défis. Bref, c’est plus une punition qu’une récompense , et cela me démotive de remettre un jour de l’argent dans le jeu. Pourriez-vous revoir ce point? A part cela, merci pour votre travail !
So much potential
SO MANY ADS…although I am enjoying playing, the time spent watching ads is outrageous. I can’t play for more than a minute or two without another ad loading without warning. Ready to give up.
Great game, too many ads
I’ve been playing this game for a long time now, and it’s very enjoyable. The biggest problem is the ads, there are far too many when you don’t want them. I don’t object to an ad for an extra item, or to get gems etc. I will often choose to watch them. But they show an ad when I want to open something or build something, and that takes away the enjoyment.

Ads not loading voluntary ads
Update 11-7-25 Ads worked for a few days and again they’re gone. I’ve contacted support three times in the past month, but no response. Have the developers abandoned this game? I love this game, but is it necessary to have an ad before the game is even loaded? I watch most of the ads, that’s my choice, it’s built up my energy, but the ads are now becoming more frequent in saying the voluntary videos are not available. I’ve tried playing the last few days and can’t progress because the ads won’t play unless they are forced ads. Please at least eliminate the beginning ad. It’s such a turn off to log in and play.

This game makes you watch ads for the rewards but then when the ads crash u can no longer get the rewards.

Ads make it unfun
I liked this game until, every time I try to play, an ad pops up. Guys, this is not OK. Fix it.
Issue: does not load
Cannot load the results of the energy feast event. Will stay on loading screen forever, cannot access any other elements (even help/report issue). Once app loads, immediately the results try and be shown, and it can’t load so I can’t do anything in the game. While you’re here, how about changing the spend rubies quest reward from 18 to 9? That’s not cool. That turned from incentive to discouragement to complete the task. Plus, adding the ad shop next to the regular shops down at the bottom is a huge annoyance. Please roll back that change. Thank you.

Ich spiele das Spiel schon seit mehreren Monaten und mag es wirklich gern, es ist abwechslungsreich und es macht Spaß immer mehr zu erreichen. Allerdings habe ich schon seit Ostern keine 2. Welt mehr, wäre schön wenn ihr das beheben könntet.
Clunky graphics, alarming ad loads
I love the concept of this game, but the graphics leave a lot to be desired. They actually make the game pretty boring to play. Worse, ads load without warning, including one that kicks off before the game even starts. This is even after paying for no ads. It seems when you pay for no ads they still load. You just don’t have to watch them as long. Such a shame for a game that has a lot of could be fun features.

Game have adds, the button part is moving, when you merge there’s no locking the base land like in merge of dragons, hard to merge.
Kinda boring
Im over the fact to merge something almost takes all of your lightning bolts, so u get to harvest 4 plants then ur out of bolts and 5 restocks after a hour. Then the ads soon as you load the game, and the plant cost way to much to remove them off and same with the opening the next part of island. I refuse to pay for any game, i dont mind watch a few ads to advance ahead but getting regardless and not getting rewarded besides a dead phone battery. I uninstalled i made it to lvl nine. the whole having to make alot of hen houses and cow houses just to give to another house, the amount of time to make the hen or cow houses is alot, then the asking amount of them just to unlock another house to add more. Never opens island up. I wasted a month on this game!
Cool Game!
I enjoy playing this game but it keeps freezing and it’s really annoying when you’re trying to level up! I was trying to merge some eggs once, to get the Egg Set thing, but it crashed out and I was just there, like, “NNOOOO!!” And my mum thought I was crazy! I guess this game is pretty good though, and quite satisfying too.

This was one fun game but the in game and pre game ads got longer and longer with every update making the game almost unplayable.
Takes ages to get anywhere AND DISGUSTING PENIS AD
I do love the game but it takes forever to merge items. Trying to get the sleeping bag then haversack. I’ve got one haversack. But it takes so long to merge that it will take me forever to get two more haversacks. Plus you have to buy land with rubies. Again that takes ages as you just get two opportunities a day, by watching ads. Got several thousand blue gems but not being used. Wouldn’t it be better to expand land with blue gems rather than rubies? That would be quicker! And I absolutely refuse to spend real money on rubies or coins. I have real bills to pay and real food to buy in the real world. I’m amazed some people spend £100 on things in a game! Another thing…the cinema. I patiently endured ads in the hope of getting a golden chest. I was minutes away from receiving it when you go and change! And no, it wasn’t 11 hours. So, I patiently endured 25 ads to get the bucket of energy. Now everything is grayed out, for fifteen minutes now. I’m just ten ads away from the energy bucket. Not available. This is not good. If it’s not fixed I will ignore the cinema. Disappointing. Updating this as I came across a horrible ad for a penis enhancer and this is in the game which you say is suitable for 4+!! Please remove this horrible nauseating ad!

I’m being charged TWICE for in app purchases ZERO support from the developer and little from Apple
I have repeatedly been double charged for in app purchases since June. There is no response to any of my messages about the problem within the app. I asked for a refund from Apple and at first they gave me one but then they stopped after the second time it happened and told me it was “ineligible for a refund”. I called then and told them the problem. I sent video to Apple and opened a case but they basically told me my only resolution would be to write a bad review so here it is. I have had the exact same problem with another app from CleverApps as well. I love this game but I seriously don’t love getting double charged or, alternatively, not being able to make in app purchases. Not sure why Apple continues to sell this game in the App Store and bill for it if they aren’t going to resolve these issues with the company.
Merge player
Another merge game but with a difference, I like the tropical feeling and so far have not needed to spend any money. Just a thought for the compilers, it would help if the crops could be collected all together as in other merge games.
Not much to do
I get that most “free games” are designed to make you use up “energy” quickly, so that you’re forced to buy more to keep playing. However, this specific game can be played for maybe 2 minutes before you run out of energy and have nothing to do. Ultimately, unless you’re willing to pay to play, this is more like a free sample of a game.
Game crashes
When trying to go to other islands, the game either crashes or restarts onto the main island. It was fun until this started happening. Support chat has not been responsive.

Was totally loving this game but the farther i got into it, the worse the ads got. The kicker was having to watch an ad to open a chest then when i opened the chest i had to watch ANOTHER ad to collect that coin that was in the chest i had just watched an ad to open! So a sad, aggravated, tension headache with indigestion goodby! Deleting! Without watching an ad. Noticed that no reviews are posted that arent 5 star so here it is.

Used to be my favorite game, but more and more forced ads have been added. Now the game forces watching an ad to open the game! Beyond ridiculous!! Between dollars spent on in-game purchases and the number of times I have been forced to watch the same ads over and over, I now think the game is not enjoyable at all. Time to remove it from my tablet.
Disappointing
I LOVE this game and it has kept me entertained for about six weeks now but it has some major flaws. Gameplay is often interrupted unexpectedly with the loading screen and if you are in the middle of watching an ad to gain a reward you don’t get that reward and it either disappears altogether or you have to start watching again. Often rewards fail to register and just disappear so you have to wait until you are offered them again. Also biggest flaw of all is the fact that the game often crashes mid play and you are left with a white screen. I’ve had constant white screen for three days now so game won’t even load. So frustrating as I was in the middle of one of the bonus games and that will have finished by now so all that progress will be lost. PLEASE fix this bug as I do love playing this game. Thank you

Almost unplayable
At level 8 I could make more than 3 merges without an advertisement. Waste of time… really enjoyed the graphics and merging until it became another unplayable ad factory.

This is honestly a great game but I have to say some things take ages to merge and you just can’t continue because it takes to long to merge everything.

Keeps crashing!
Love the app, have enjoyed playing. But keeps crashing when trying to go into the other islands. Now it’s crashing and not even starting the game. There is no update and I have full Wi-Fi. Have messaged on the game but heard nothing back. Such a shame as would have been 5*!!!!!
