Good app
Good app, never had any problems with it so far. I’ve had this app downloaded for short of a year and its had many updates. Good app, deserves a higher rating.
Needs Updating
The application needs to work like the website, book and change the flights on the fly. To me, the app means nothing when you can just book hotels.
App funktioniert
Schöne Hotelangebote wo man auch wirklich etwas Geld sparen kann. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support auch sehr schnell. 👍🏻 Mittlerweile funktioniert die App besser. Es gibt aber noch einiges zu verbessern: z.B. 1: wenn man den Zurück Button verwendet landet man oft auf der Hauptseite oder ist in der Liste nicht da wo man vorher war sondern wieder ganz oben in der Liste. 2: Hoteldetails könnten auch direkt angezeigt werden und nicht erst über nen extra Button. 3: bei der Datumsauswahl ist die Kalenderbedienung auch oft verbuggt.
Slow and not able to sync
This app have good potential like the website but look like unfinished product.Always something wrong like I am not able to link my account via token even if the token is correct also very basic but poorly written code
Disappointed
Still doesn’t support the major I work for. Stuck using the website interface for all positive and non rev travel.

Fantastic site, great rates on hotels and cars. Easy to use and navigate.
App Needs Work
Has loads of potential what I’m confused about is if you allow us to link our myIDTravel profile through our airline to the app why can’t I use the app to reserve other airline travel? I like that I can see the reservations I made through the “other airlines travel” page through my airline but I should be able to book it through the app as well? I will update review once I try other features, but for now it needs work.
The offers have improved
This is my second time trying out the app, and I’m pleased to say I’m finally seeing some real discounts, which is great! However, there’s still room for improvement in the interface.
Can’t book flights
I just downloaded the app thinking this would be quicker way to book zed travel than having to login into my laptop and go through my company website, but no. Flight bookings or as it reads “synchronization between MyIDTravel and myidgo is currently disabled”??? Seriously?? Adding it will let me know when it will be available for my airline??? Smh

Leider sind die angezeigten Raten nicht günstiger. Bekommt man auf anderen Mitarbeiterangeboten mehr. Schade, hatte mir mehr erhofft.

I have booked a stay at the island of Mauritius through the myIDgo App. The app had a good selection of hotels and the booking process went smoothly. I would recommend to book here.
Worthless
This an absolutely worthless app. It really is no help and not convenient at all. What’s the point of taking up space on my phone if I can’t use it to book anything? I’m deleting it so I can continue using web based version that is just about as useless and worthless. Thanks for wasting my time!
Keinen Mehrwert, keine TVL oder AIR Raten bei Hotel
Ich sehe in der App absolut keinen Mehrwert. Versprochene Sonderraten bei Hotels für AIR bzw. TVL ( Also Airliner oder Travel Agent Raten ) werden weder aufgerufen noch angezeigt. Das dargestellte Angebot entspricht dem einer Hotel Buchungsplattform, dafür braucht es keine ID App wie diese. Schade !

Can’t link to myIDTravel
Supposedly this is an updated app, but I’m unable to link to myIDTravel even though I have the correct login info. Makes this app unusable and unnecessary.
Nach dem Löschen der App kam wenigstens wieder mehr als ein weißer Screen aber..
Die Synchronisation mit myIDTravel Token funktioniert noch immer nicht. So schade. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
Does not work
Does not work at all. I’m better off accessing MyID through my company website and get all the features.
Works fine for me
I’m in the US and did not experience any of the issues others listed. The verification email came right through, and I was able to search hotels in the US and worldwide.

Terrible. So many errors. Hotels don’t know I’m coming. Non refundable rooms and it’s just a mess. Book elsewhere!
