Many times it crashes. You book your reservation only to find out when you arrive they don’t have a record of my reservation. I’m in Europe and I can’t call the customer service number because it’s outside of operations hours. What a joke.
Good but needs improvement
Good easy to use listing tool. But it needs to remember my middle name and my date of hire. Having to use the date picker is frustrating as heck. If it can’t be remembered at least give us the option to just type it in.
Works and then doesn’t
This app is great when it works… and then when it doesn’t good luck. My employee number keeps getting deleted from the app when I go to book anything. Which makes using this app useless… FIX IT

This app needs an update because it doesn’t show the flights. It just shows the cruises and hotels rental cars

I’m using this app to book non rev flights and buy it won’t allow it. It wants you to book a hotel
Behind the times
There’s no electric vehicle option for researching rental cars. Until it’s added you’re forced into gas whether you want it or not.

Super amazing and easy to find everything.
Fix your app
App is terrible. Consistent bugs and inability to reach people in an effective time when issue. Causes multiple issues when needing to commute on certain airlines as they will not accept you without a listing. New bug when going to look for you have to continue to click on search flights and still takes forever to get to the next page.

Last update was a mistake
Constant crash after last update on ipad. Doesn t work properly, after reboot can’t login.
Needs update
App is pretty glitchy especially in ipad. Cannot input birthdays on iPad for travel booking. Fact that it makes me reenter card information every time takes up a lit if time when my information is saved in the app already
The Best App
This app never fails and is consistent. It keeps you updated and it’s hard to miss a flight with it. It’s very useful to airline employees like myself, and my family and I have had many adventures thanks to the convenience of the app. I totally recommend.
Currently not working
I’ve used this app several times before but the past two days I have been unable to sign on.

Apple Pay connectivity
Needs Apple Pay connectivity or an option when paying for flight tickets to use the saved payment details from the settings section. Consistently failed payments making flight bookings challenging.
Love the updated version
So much easier to navigate the site and happy to say that this is by far the easiest part of booking my trip
Currently not working!!!
Recently the app started to glitch when trying to pull ticketing for flights (I am listed as an authorized travel companion on an employee account)… couldn’t get it to work, so I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and now flights aren’t listed at the top in the options at all!!!

Service is Excellent
This app is amazing
Same day reservations
They apparently close early and do not push your same day reservations through to the hotels so you will get stuck having to pay more and have supreme strict non-refundable polices. So do the partners they work with.
Keeps crashing
Have to keep deleting and re loading the app. Great when it works though!
Was good now not so
Used to be great with tremendous savings off the general consumer rate. However the rates currently sourced appear to have no discount and are equal to that of the normal consumer rate. Has anyone else experienced this ?

The app keeps constantly crashing and I have to keep turning off my device to reset it. Prices seem to be good though. I’ve booked a room for November. I’m feeling I had better double check with hotel they have a booking before I go.

Worst customer service.
I’m employed by Envoy Air which is American Airlines largest Regional. I am entitled to the same Flight benefits as mainline employees as per my contract. Turns out that this app won’t allow me access to book with any other airlines as they say I don’t have that right because I am not hired under American Airlines mainline and only mainline employees have access to use all the flight benefits. My company supervisors told me to delete my account so I can register again under AA but they won’t do it either. They insist that if I am not a mainline Flight Attendant I cannot usethe benefits that I actually have. Unbelievable!!!😡

ID90 Travel is my first stop before I travel!
ID90 Travel is hands down our first stop when looking for hotels, car rentals, and cruises. Prices are consistently lower than non-airline travel sites.
Broken app
They refused to refund me on a multi leg trip that I was forced to book separately and scammed me out of additional money. Their explanation is that the app fails to work yet they don’t direct you to the website ... Even though it was working the previous day. Ridiculous.

Only four stars as I believe there is always room for improvement but I am pleased with the app.

No Customer Service
I had a disappointing experience with ID90. I canceled my booking shortly after making the reservation, but the refund process has been extremely slow and unclear. The charge was made on January 15 and canceled on January 16, yet I have had to follow up multiple times without receiving a clear update. Communication has been delayed and there has been no transparent timeline provided. I expected better customer service and clearer refund handling.
Could be more international
It is a great app and easy to use. The only thing I would improve about this app would be if it were more geared towards those of who don’t live in the USA and don’t pay for our holidays in dollars. I have to keep going back to my currency converter app in order to compare prices with other websites.

Great Deals Consistently
Been getting great hotel deals for a few years now on ID90, I’ve also had their customer service help me out with a refund when I couldn’t make it for my reservation.
Horrible experience
I tried for hours to book a hotel, every time I tried to pick my credit card that is already on my profile it wouldn’t load and tell me my credit card had an error. Everytine I kept going back the prices changed within seconds. I called the customer service line and a machine said it couldn’t help anyone unless it was an urgent matter and to leave q voicemail or email! At this point I’ll lose any chance I get at booking a good hotel for a great price!

We’re recently stayed at this hotel- Moana surfer rider at the Westin and can only give it a 3 star There’s definitely a shortage of lounges & umbrellas around the pool so we went & sat in the dining section when we were told to move (in an erupt manner by 1 of the staff) I went and asked the staff at the towel section if they had more umbrellas and lounges and he also was quite rude Shrugged his shoulders and said what you see is what you get Perhaps their staff needs to be trained in how to talk to customers The hotel itself is really nice Well situated near everything
